    Eaglepaw stuck her head out of the apprentice's den.
    "Goldenfeather?" She called. "Do you need me for anything?"
    OCC; Who's Eaglepaw's mentor?

    OOC: I will


    "No, not yet, but after I am finished eating I will take you out to train" She said her mouth full of fish.

    Eaglepaw nodded, and stepped out of the den. Casting a wistful glance towards the medicine den, she stretched, shaking out each of her paws in turn.

    OOC: Should she be bad at fighting, or get hurt, or she's great at everything, and perfect to be a warrior, she just wants to be a medicine cat apprentice really bad


    Goldenfeather got up finishing her meal, licking her lips, "Ready to go practice battle moves?"

    OOC; I don't know, hm... I was thinking she could really want to be a medicine cat, and she's sorta average-ish at warrior stuff because she keeps being really distracted.
    Eaglepaw's eyes brightened a bit. Shaking out her coat, she followed Goldenfeather.

    OOC: Okay, sounds good.



    Goldenfeather padded over to the training area, glancing back every once in a while, making sure Eaglepaw was following, she seemed distracted lately.



    OOC: I'll be Foxface until someone else RP's her.

    OOC; Yup!
    Eaglepaw suddenly pricked her ears, and bounded away from her mentor.
    "Look! Marigold! I bet Foxface could use these!"
    She opened her mouth to start nipping at the stems.

    Watching Eaglepaw, she frowned, How come I can never can keep an apprentice with me, "Are you going to practice battling, or go become a medicine cat!" she snapped at Eaglepaw, even though she is known to be a nice and shy cat, she remebered Sandpaw, and that made her a little angry and sad.





    OOC: Her previous apprentice, Sandpaw, got killed by a fox.

    Eaglepaw's pelt grew hot under her fur. She quickly bounded back to her mentor's side, with one last look at the marigold.
    "I'm sorry Goldenfeather", she mumbled, putting the thought of being a medicine cat apprentice out of her head, and gave herself an angry shake.
    I'll tell Foxface about the marigold later. She decided.
    OOC; OK, I'll keep that in mind.

    "Oh, it's okay, I am sorry I snapped at you, I just don't want to lose another apprentice," she said as she walked, her tail and head hanging sadly.

    Eaglepaw padded after her mentor curiously.
    "Lose another apprentice?" She murmured to herself, curious.
    Her heart ached at the thought, but she made silently made Goldenfeather a promise to be the best warrior she could.
    She pushed the thought of the pile of marigold out of her mind.

    Eaglepaw pricked her ears in excitement, and her tail went up.
    "Is it a defensive move?" She asked in excitement.

    "Watch this" she told her apprentice as she jumped over Eaglepaw, twisted, and at the middle of her spine, a little lower than her shoulders flicked out her paw, claws sheathed, she then landed behind Eaglepaw "Did you get that?" she asked "Now you try."

    Eaglepaw's eyes brightened, as she crouched facing her mentor, tail lashing. She jumped, lashing out with sheathed paws, but only succeeded in landing on top of Goldenfeather in a heap of legs and tail.

    Topazpaw wanted to train but he had no mentor so he dicided to go and ask if he could train with Goldenfeather and Eaglepaw. He trotted through the forest until he came to the training hollow he paused and watched the move Goldenfeather was showing her apprentice. Just before they started practicing he butted in and asked, "can I train with you?" He walked into the hollow and sat down to watch.

    "Topazpaw!" Squealed Eaglepaw. "What what I just learnt!"
    She jumped at Topazpaw with outstretched, sheathed paws, her eyes gleaming playfully.
