• [fancypost borderwidth= 0px]A yawn was quick to escape her lips as Swiftpaw groggily awoke from her dreams, her dry tongue parched as she outstretched her arms along the moss bed she was curled up along. The illuminating rays of the sun brightly glared through the holes within the tightly woven den, bothering the young blue tortie point as she squinted her eyes and inevitably rose to her paws. It came as a surprise to her to see so many new apprentices sleeping in the den; with Windclan staying for who knew how long, Riverclan seemed to be jam-packed, something Swiftpaw wasn't quite for. Nonetheless, forcing herself to her full potential, the apprentice quietly trotted out of the sanctuary, greeted by the cool wispy air as the she-cat stepped forth.

With another piercing yawn, the daughter of Solipaw and Cougareyes quietly bent down, kneading her claws into the grass for the mere animal enjoyment of it as her long plume of a tail lashed with mere amusement. If she hadn't known she was planning on spending the rest of the afternoon with her new mentor Silentwitness, the apprentice's den would've seemed like a perfect place at that moment.

Smiling as the sounds of everyday life whispered in her ears, Swiftpaw quietly padded out towards the fresh kill pile, gingerly dipping her head before grasping a meadowlark in her tight grip; settling it down before stripping it of it's feathers. Her mind began to wander as she constantly stole glances out of the corner of her eyes, wanting to make sure she was ready before her friend approached. Hopefully a quick snack and the two could be off.[/fancypost]
