  • A small cat with mudplaster fur and leafs attached sneaks through the ThunderClan southeastern territory. He is backed by another Tom about the same size and in the same getout.

  • "Careful Patch." Spin whispered, "We don't want to go causing trouble." Patch stood next to him looking into a clearing spoting another cat, "Thunderclan, down!" he hissed sharply.

  • Tigerheart was padding softly through the trees thinking of times past. His muscles were tense as he thought of the difficult times he had faced. He wondered the value of being a clan cat when none seemed to recognize the skills he possessed. But ever still loyalty was a trait that nagged at his mind.
Then suddenly he smelled a foreign scent and immediatly halted and darted his vision back and forth to determine the intruders. But to no avail he could not find them so he went into a hunter's crouch and hoped they might pass him by. He was in no mood for diplomacy.

  • Spin and Patch were covered in mud and leaves greatly disguising their scent, "Shhhh get downwind." Patch said and they graduallly curved away making their scent impossible to trace.

  • Tabbysong spotted Tigerheart in hunter's crouch. She narrowed her eyes and did the same as she crept forward.
    "Tigerheart!" hissed Tabbysong quietly.
Then she scented the scent of the foreign cats. She hoped that Tigerheart didn't go on the intruders as rough as he did to the kit another day. Well, these smelled like grown cats and they could be definitely given a good scar or two. Her eyes darted everywhere to spot the well hidden rogues.

  • Spin spoke in a harsh whisper to rough and low to be heard by the other cats,"Patch we can take these cats." Patch looked at him "We have our orders." he responded, "Not to engage Clan cats unless we have to."

  • Tigerheart started and whipped around hissing but realized his mistake and silenced himself bringing his body back down.
"Do you smell that," he asked quietly," it smells rather horrid. I believe there may be rogues here, and hopefully not something worse."
Then he started moving unconsciensly towards the downwind to see if he could determine where and who the intruders were. He passed Tabbysong who he was rather grateful to have around despite having lost his temper on the kit.

  • "I barely can scent those two cats," mewed Tabbysong, "They must downwind of ourselves. Do you see that bush? They probably are crouching under there."

  • Tigerheart nodded his agreement and began to stalk his way over to the bush. He did begin to notice how the scents were beginning to fade. He wondered whether to hunt them down or just let them pass.

  • Spin almost smirked, "They think were in that bush...." he said holding in laughter. Patch stepped on a twig, "Curses!"

  • Tigerheart jerked his head at the sound of a twig snapping. He flicked his tail to Tabbysong to pincer the intruders. Then he began stalking in that direction.

  • Spin and Patch left their cover and to Tigerhearts amazement they are covered in Mud and plstered with leaf masks and had twine holding some basic travling herbs to their pelts. "Greetings." Spin began.

  • Patch turned his leaf and mud hidden face towards Tabbysong only his amber eyes visible, "I was actually hoping to by-pass you two and go straight to the ThunderClan camp" Spin added in. "We have business."

  • Tigerheart growled his suspicion as his ice blue eyes darted back and forth between the two intruders. He thought to himself how many more intruders is he going to have to drive off before they get the point. Noticing how ragged they were he reckoned they couldn't be much of a fight, but even so they could have a few tricks on their tail.
"What business might that be," he growled softly," and you would think we would let a couple of ragged cats pad straight into our camp."

  • Both Patch and Spin started to crack up, Ragged! What a fool!-Patch, He has no clue what we are wearing is for.-Spin

Patch started to walk past Tigerheart knowing he was probably going to have to break the oders forbidding him from engaging a clan cat, "Now if you'll excuse me...." he mewed, "We'll be on our way."
He flashed a unoticed glance and Spin nodded.

  • Tigerheart's eyes flashed a clever look as he straightened up relaxedly and moved the opposite direction of Patch. He knew the cat's were planning something, and he decided to play a little charade. Reverse was one of his favorite tactics to utilize, really it's reverse psychology but he liked the name he had given it. If only perhaps it would succeed.
"Very well, I will let you go your way. As long as you let me go mine," he said rather courteously," by the way, I am interested as to why you are wearing such outfits might I call them?"

  • "Wouldn't you like to know." he mewed flatly he turned his back on Tigerheart and Tabbysong, "I'll be on my way." He didn't know what the clan cat was up to but he had a good idea, his posture may looked relaxed but he was ready to fight.

  • Tigerheart stopped slowly and turned his head towards Tabbysong in a questioning look but blinked quickly so as to ignore the notice of the two strangers. Then he kept walking until he came behind Spin and a distance away from Patch before stopping suddenly not facing either of them.
"Yes, " he responded cooly," I am vaguely interested."
With that, he turned swiftly on Spin, claws extended and swiped at him.

  • Patch pivoted around sending dirt spraying everywhere and Spin did what was called a spring jump in their group. Spin pushed himself just barley above Tigerheart paws pulled up then Forced downwards as hard as he could as to try to knock him down.
