    Pepsi saw from the Twolegplace that The Lake would be perfect. Water, sunlight. Prey. She had heard of Clans from here, but never seen them. She leapt into the forest. When she found a large tree...

    Raincloud padded through the forest with his patrol behind him. He began sniffing the air, looking for predators. It did it very lightly, because there was very rarely intruders nowadays. So, when he smelled the kittypet, he almost passes it up. "Intruder! Kittypet!" he yowled as he began following the scent, dashing as fast as he could manage. He was just so excited already, that he finally had some excitement in his life. It wasn't everyday that this happened to anyone. But, because he was being so fast, eh didn't think about what he was going to do. So, when he came up the the kittypet, he had no idea what to say. "What is your purpose in these woods, kittypet?" he spat, improvising the best he knew he could. Hopefully it would be enough.

    Ghostfur was catching prey for Thunderclan when she heard talking she walked over to were it was coming fromand saw it was Raincloud trying to improvise she giggled and went over to them "wow verey nice cover up" she said sarcasticly to him and looked at the kittypet "Hi the names Ghostfur whats yours" she asked in a verynice tone

    Raincloud glared at Ghostfur. "It's a kittypet you idiot." he snarled at the she-cat. It looked as if the genealogy in ThunderClan was running stupid nowaday. In other words, nearly everyone he met now was an idiot, like this cat, Ghostfur! Why couldn't cats be smarter?

    Pepsi looked at Ghostfur.
    "My name's Pepsi. And I came because I am tired of being treated like a toy and eating slop. I've never seen another cat before."

    Raincloud laughed bitterly. "You've never seena cat before. I'm afraid your small kittypet brain would get too overwhelmed just by taking you back to ThunderClan. You would be good for nothing but holding us back in ThunderClan. You are not welcome back to ThunderClan camp." he said, each word like a drop of poison, to cause of his bitter, hard, cold personality. Best not to confront him in the first place.

    Redpelt padded over to the kittypet. "Oh yeah? Then beat me!" he hissed. Redpelt had just become a warrior but he knew this soft kittypet could'nt beat him.

    Pepsi felt scared. She didn't want a fight. All she wanted was to get away from those Twolegs! And Raincloud was being mean anyway!
    The Six-moon old cat was scared. It wasn't meant to be like this. It was meant to be free. Accept her into their Clan, but now Pepsi had to fight. Fight. FIGHT!
    She felt the urge to run. Run away and be fat and fed and safe from Wilcats. No. She had to.
    Pepsi found her feet and jumped on top of Redpelt.

    Redpelt rolled. "I have to admit you've got some pretty good moves for a kittypet. Even if you lose this battle I'll talk to Wrathstar about letting you join."

    Raincloud laughed bitterly. "If you consider those good moves then I don't know how you made it to be a warrior." he spat. Why was everyone so stupid? Why would this newly named warrior even offer to talk to Wrathstar about joining the Clan? Stupid, stupid, stupid.

    "stop" came a sharp voice, a jet black tom called blackhawk stepped out of the bushes his gold gaze
    flicked around the clearing and settled on pepsi "raincloud, what is this kittypet doing on thunderclans territory" he demanded(after all he is the deputy)spitting out the word "kittypet".

    Hailpelt heard the noise from her clanmates and padded over, she had been hunting and carefully placed her rabbit down, her white and grey fur blowing in the wind. "Whats going on?" she mewed softly.

    Raincloud looked over at Blackhawk. "I was trying to get rid of it. Apparently this thing wants to join ThunderClan. It's never even seen another cat before now, and it's looking to join a Clan. She wouldn't be any use to the Clan, we can't afford hand-outs." he snarled, making sure the kittypet, Pepsi, could hear and understand every single word clearly without a second guess. Finally someone logical and not obnoxious. Someone he agreed with.

    Pepsi stopped and stared at the black cat like it was a monster that was about to eat her up. His eyes seemed to burrow into her very soul. She saw another Warrior.
    "I-I was tired of being treated like a plaything for my Twolegs!" Pepsi blurted out.
    "I needed to be free, so I set off into the woods and found Raincloud and Redpelt. Raincloud looked down upon me as though I was dirt and Redpelt challenged me to a battle. He said he would mention me to Wrathstar."
    Pepsi mewed more confidently than she felt. But she had to get away from the Twolegs.

    Hailpelt followed Blackhawk and looked at raincloud, smiling slightly "It'l be fun to see what happens now" she mewed, her white and grey fur blowing delicately as she mewed to her clanmate. She was glad that there could be a extra warrior but she didn't like the fact that there would be more mouths to feed, prey was scarce as the clans battled to keep there territory.

    Before leading Pepsi into camp Redpelt turned o Rancloud and hissed " I said Pepsi had good moves for a kittypet. Most kittypets would turn tail and run or make a pathetic attempt at battle. Pepsi made a nice move. Predicable, but nice for a kittypet."

    Pepsi acknowledged Redpelt's praise.
    As they reached the Camp, cats stared at her like she was alien to them. She was in a way. Just slightly. Pepsi couldn't help feeling greatly different to the Clan Cats.
