  • Senkarah yelled hello to all the new campers. The bead neclace around her neck held 11 beads each with a different symbol. She always fingered one that had the Hermes sign. And she would sigh.

"cool" he said his hand still in his pockets

  • "How about the meadow?" Karmion suggested as she began stepping in that direction. Her smile was bright.

  • Carrick nodded and followed her. Dad's going to be thrilled when he sees I'm actually socializing. Especially with someone of the opposite gender. He's going to jump to conclusions when he does get around to visiting again.....maybe I don't mind that much that he's going to. She is pretty.
GET YOUR HEAD OUT OF THE GUTTER CARRICK! He mentally shook himself.

  • Will laid in the grass and sighed. "I'm so cheesin' bored, right now." He sat up and decided to go to the strawberry fields.

  • Karmion ran to the meadow, calling for Carrick to catch up.

OOC|; You made me giggle. XD

  • Carrick blinked in surprise and smiled as he ran to catch up with her. "I never knew children of Tyche could run so fast!" he yelled as he caught up and then stumbled over a rock that hadn't been there before. "Or maybe it's just luck," he mumbled sheepishly.

  • Karmion laughed airily. "I didn't think I was running that fast." She slowed when Carrick stumbled. Her eyes held concern as she looked back at Carrick. "You okay?" she asked.

  • Carrick nodded. "Yea, that rock just showed up out of nowhere!" He shrugs. "You have nice form though," Carrick blushes, "when your running, I mean." he stammers.

  • Karmion laughed off her own blushing, hoping it didn't show. Then she turned. "Well, thanks. Shall we continue?"

  • She sprinted after him. "I guess!" she called in reply. Karmion smiled and kept running.

  • "WHOA!" he yelled as he tripped over a branch and fell on his face. "Great," he mumbled. He looked up and saw the meadow. "At least I'm here," he sighed before blushing and plopping his head back down.

This is exactly why I don't socialize. Especially with pretty girls.

  • Karmion giggled. She came to a stop beside where he was laying. She knelt down beside him. "You don't have much luck, do you?" she joked. Her brown eyes sparkled happily and she laughed. "C'mon Carrick." she touched his arm lightly and moved a little farther into the meadow.

  • Carrick chuckled softly before standing up and following her. He started to brush off the dirt and grass that stained his clothing.

"I was never this unlucky until I started chasing you," he replied playfully. His arm still tingled from where she had touched it.

  • Karmion pushed him playfully on the shoulder. "Oh please." That same tempting smile laid on her lips. She looked up at the sky. The small white clouds were so mesmerising. She laid down on the soft meadow grass and continued to look at them. Glancing at Carrick, she patted a spot beside her. "C'mon. You can draw it."

  • Carrick blushed a deep shade of red. "D-D-Draw, I d-don't do that," he stammered and sat down next to her looking away as he ran a hand through his hair.

  • "You don't? I thought Apollo was all artsy with music and poetry and stuff." she said warmly. Karmion glanced at him.

  • "Oh, right..errmm....I sort of doodle," he wihspered and blushed. "I'm not that talented though. I mean my siblings are way better....at everything Dad related," he sighed.

  • "Hm. Well maybe you're good at something not related to Apollo. Like telling the shapes of clouds." Her brown eyes searched the sky and she pointed to a pure white one that trailed just below the sun. "That one looks like a clover." she murmured. Karmion wanted to lean against him but thought better of it. Carrick porbably wouldn't appreciate the awkward suddeness.
