Shallowstep picked her up by her scruff. "Reedtail, help me get her to the medicine cat den!"

FleetFur blacked out to only hear, "Get her to the med cat den!"
-
Hailstorm woke up with a yawn and a twitch of his whiskers. Like usual, he had slept in. The tom got up with a grunt and shook his grey tabby pelt, ridding itself of leaves and brambles it had collected while he had been laying down. He walked out of the warriors' den, sensitive ears perking up at some commotion. With a blink of his milky blue eyes, he decided to check it out.
Goldshard was padding around camp, pausing only to groom her coat; an assortment of cream, brown, white, and dark brown patches. With a blink of her hazel eyes and a twitch of her ears, she looked over to see her denmate, Hailstorm. She padded over, greeting him with a friendly nuzzle.
-
FleetFur woke in the med.cat den, able to breathe. there were cats standing all around her. ShallowStep looked really anxious.
-
After a fellow clanmate had explained what had happened, Hailstorm padded over to the Medicine cat's den to check out the poor cat. His milky eyes gave him a blind appearance, though, in truth, he was not. He stared down at Fleetfur, head tilted slightly.
Goldshard was beside him. She looked over to Hailstorm, frowning slightly. She raised a paw and patted at his ear. "Your staring, Hailstorm. And it's kinda freaky." She teased her friend, pawing at his shoulder. The tom rolled his eyes, then turned and left.
-
Shallowstep looked at Hailstorm. "Oh hello Hailstorm." He greeted. "Fleetfur was swept away by the current so I had to save her. She had too much water in her lungs so Reedtail and I brought her here."
-
Hailstorm turned his blue gaze to his clanmate, nodding in awknowledgment. "Good job." He mewed, offering a friendly tail tip to his flank. "She looks to be healing well, breathing better."
-
FleetFur coughed, noticing the two toms. "T...thanks." she tried to get up, only to fall down back into her nest.
-
Shallowstep yawned. "Can you make sure she's okay Hailstorm? I'm really tired." He slowly started to pad out of the medicine cat den and laid in his nest.
-
"SHALLOWSTEP!" she called loudly. "I wanna go swimming." she laughed.
-
"Sure," Hailstorm said with fake enthusiasm, tail twitching irritably. "Oh, you grump!" Goldshard mewed playfully, batting his ear. "You don't have anything else to do," She added with a perk of her ears. Hailstorm sighed, though what the younger she-cat was saying was true. Looking down at Fleetfur, he rolled his eyes. "She looks fine. Wobbly on her paws, but her voice is strong."
-
Reedtaip padded back to the warriors, fell asleep almost istantly.
-
Shallowstep slept soundly. And when he woke up, Reedtail was laying beside him. "Well, good morning."
