"Yes," Yusei said "I think we can."

She opened her mouth to say something. She looked up a little, her eyes barely looking at his face. "Yusei...I..."

"Yeah?" Yusei said encouragingly.

Even though it seemed like it couldn't happen, she got even more red. "I just..."

"Just what?" Yusei asked.

She's trying to say she likes you. Shadow put plainly.

Is that so? Yusei thought though he had already guessed it. "You really?" he said, wanting her to say it.

Yusei moved closer and gently nuzzled her cheek. "I know what you mean," he whispered.

Shadow smiled. I should have told that one girl I liked her...
Ringa started smiling. She was glad he understood, and he seemed okay with it. She gently nuzzled him back.

What? Yusei said to Shadow Was that supposed to be private? He smiled back at Ringa, but he was also smiling at what Shadow was thinking.

Ringa hummed a deepish hum.

I'll forget I heard any of it Yusei thought, stopping himself from laughing.

"So will you help me?" Yusei asked Ringa quietly.

"I would follow you to the ends of the earth." she whispered quietly.
