Finally, Dawnstrike stopped bleeding. He lay there, bewildered, and rolled over with his last bit of energy to see more SnowClan warriors hurry out of the bushes and look around at the battle.

Dawnstrike passed out again, but this time, blood wasn't coming out of the back of his neck. Rust was astonished that Tigerpath had heard her, and aimed to claw him strait on the face. "You did this to him!" She knew that Dawnstrike already had a mate, but she would defend all of her friends just the same. "YOU invaded us and YOU did this!" she slashed out another paw, claws unsheathed.

"Fine!" she jumped over him, landed on her paws, turned around and bit him gently on the neck. "I confused you, and I was being nice." he said, once she jumped off him. "Now you try me, fur-ball."
