    Silverstream did not want to mate with Spottedclaw . Just because her father said so didn't mean she had to. " but you have to, it will be for the better" Greystar her father said. " But I want to find true love, not be forced to love some ,show off cat" Silverstream growled. Lashing her tail side to side. " but you need to" Greystar repeated. "no" yowled Silverstream and ran out of the den and into the forest. She ran over to the river and slumped down on the soggy moss. Tears dripping down, sending ripples in the river.

    Dyinglight looked up from lapping at the water. "Are you okay?" He looked up to her with gentle eyes.

    " I'm have to mate a cat I hate and I don't want, I want to find true love" she whimpered, not noticing that an enemy clan cat was on her territory.

    if cats could blush she would be blushing right now. " thank you" she purred, then she went back to her old self. That's when she scented that he was from another clan. Her fur stood at the end, " what are you doing here" she meowed.

    "I saw you. I just wanted to talk to you. You were crying. Why would I leave a pretty she-cat like that, without trying to help?" Dyinglight asked her.

    Silverstream blushed again, " ok, I will only let you go with out telling my father this once" she meowed. Then got up and padded up to him, " I will escort you to your border" she meowed.
