I want to create SunClan Newsletter. Otherwise, I would make a HawkClan Newsletter. Staff, am I allowed to make one, or is it only you who are allowed?

The same way you would make any thread or FanClan. Make a thread where people can subscribe, get staff, and send it out weekly/monthly/etc by PM.

It is in the Help Den somewhere.. Called like "WindClan Newsletter Join and Subscribe" or something like that.
