"why are you not shy to me?" steven asked not looking at her
noah looked at her, "wow, thats good," he siad, "i surf," he siad running next to her, "do you know how to surf?" he asked -
"Surf, longboard, and skateboard." Nikki said looking in front of her.

Adriana shrugged. "Good question," she said. "I don't know. I guess your just easy to talk to," she replied with a small smile.

"i wouldnt say easy, i just push you to talk," steven said smiling over his shoulder at her
"thats good, maybe we could surf together sometime?" he asked starting to slow down -
"Hey, well it works," Adriana smiled back. Marci stared at Katniss quietly.

"Sure.." Nikki said slowing with him.

"wow, you run to fast," he siad shaking his head,
"i know, thats why i do it," steven chuckled, katniss looked at marci and growled -
"I know..." Nikki stopped. "One thing you should know about my past..."

Marci whined and hid behind her tail. Adriana smiled, patting Marcis head. "Want to do anything? It may beat sitting around," she suggested.

"sure," steven nodded, "catnip, stop," he said sternly at katniss, she quickly stoped, "what do you have in mind?" he asked
Steven just looked at her confused -
"I used to be a teen mom but in that last accident my baby died which is why I don't let myself get attached to anyone..." Nikki put her hands on her knees. "I understand if your freaked out and you want to run and hide."

surprised at her words, he just stood there with wide eyes

"I dont know, I haven't thought that far," Adriana replied with a sheepish smile. "Do you have any ideas? I'm open to anything," she shrugged casually.

"wanna go to the beach, i heard there was a beach near by," he said looking at her

"Can you not died? I'm not in the mood to be charged with murder." Nikki stood up straight then popped her back.

"Sure!" Adriana said. "Let me change and I'll meet you in the cafe in ten," she said.

"alright," steven said walkig out the door. to his dorm to change
"i wont die, im just sruprised to hear this," he said shaking his head -
"Just thought I'd put it out there..." Nikki said rocking back and forth on her heels.
