The cougar felt Tumultdusk's eyes watching him as he waited for Hawkstar to respond to his signaled question. There were only a few cats he didn't mind, Hawkstar, his Reapers, and a few others along the way. At that moment, he flicked his tail towards Tumultdusk, wanting him to come over for a second.

Hawkstar nodded to Bagderwisp's request. The calico looked back down into the crowd of cats. "Thank you all for coming. Today, we are going to see if Nightclaw is gulity of charges of rebellion against myself and my clan." The brighteyed leader began, her gaze sweeping the crowd. "I would like Spottedcloud to testify against Nightclaw because she was a witness. Step up dear and tell the clan why we should exlie Nightclaw. And don't worry Nightclaw, you'll have a time to plea." Hawkstar mewed firmly, whisking her tail to and fro.
-
Bumblestorm's large ears perked as he heard the name Nightclaw. He hadn't heard of it in a while, wasn't he the son of Whitetail? There was so much drama happening in Hawkclan, the aging warrior couldn't keep up. He sat down, looking over the heads of smaller cats to find Spottedcloud. And wasn't she Nightclaw former mate? Ugh, the drama never ends.
-
Tumultdusk shifted himself up, and padded over to Badgerwhisp, now only half-listening to the trial. The tom was used to the site of the cougar, though it took him awhile; and he stood himself near the head reaper, sighing. The reaper was still bored, defiantly.
-
Bumblestorm looked back to see Tumultdusk and Badgerwhisp. He slowly edged back toward them and sat down next to the reapers. He blinked his stormy blue eyes before he looked back over to the warrior's den, checking to make sure Fawnbreeze hadn't followed him yet. "So, what did Nightclaw do this time," the senior warrior asked. He wrapped his fluffy tail around his paws as he looked at the Head Reaper, a cougar, and the other reaper, Tumultdusk.
-
Badgerwhisp rolled his eyes. "He's trying to start up a revolution against HawkClan," he said, obviously bored. Then he looked at the two. "I was just asking Hawkstar if I could go out for a while. You two wanna come?"
-
"Rebellion against Hawkclan?" asked Bumblestorm. He looked once more back at the warrior's den, seeing if Fawnbreeze was awake. Slowly he turned back to the two reapers. "A walk would be nice," he mewed. He had been cooped up in dens, the apprentice's den visiting his litter with Fawnbreeze, and the warrior's den with Fawnbreeze. Confusing, yes.
-
Spottedclpud swallowed nervously and leaped up next to Hawkstar. All those eyes boring into her... No, it wasn't a time to have an emotional breakdown. She spoke, her voice calmer than she felt. [b]"Hawkstar is correct. I reserve the right to accuse him of treason against HawkClan. Who would want a warrior in their clan whom has been plotting his revenge since a kitten in their clan? A warrior whom twice ran away, and took me with him? A warrior whom is willing to rip apart his own mother and father to lead? Those are all things Nightclaw has done. An there are other things. He didn't help me raise my kits, though he was the father. He told Clo- a loner's kit's they weren't really ours, forcing them out of the clan. Who wants that warrior in their clan?"
-
Hearing her step father talking to some of his friends about going on a walk, Cloverleaf slowly got to her paws and backed away into the crowd, disappearing into it. Once she had gotten out of the crowd of Hawkclanners, she padded over to the three. It would be very awkward for her to go out on a walk with these three toms, yes, but it's not like it would matter. She didn't like any toms in the clan, anyway; they were all to dramatic.
"Mind if I join you guys?" She asked them causally with a flick of her tail. -
Well that was somewhat out of character. Cloverleaf usually didn't talk to him, it even seemed that she tried her best to avoid him. "Uh, sure. I don't mind." he said with an awkward smile. He hoped no one else would come along, the point of going for a walk was to get away from most of the others. It wouldn't be that much effective if half the clan came with him.
-
Bumblestorm nodded to Cloverleaf. He stood up on his four paws and stretched. What was honestly next? Hawkclan to explode, a moose joining the clan, or the prey going on a rebellion attacking the cats? Starclan wasn't helping at all.
-
Dazeblaze sat there unaware of anything that was going on, she wanted this clan to suffer. She thought about her revenge, they killed her mother and stole her. They thought it was protecting their clan, I call it cold blood murder for an extra kit.
-
Dazeblaze's real name was Buffy, she'd heard rumor of rebellion. She wanted a part of it.
-
Nightclaw always knew Spottedcloud to be stubborn, but never a liar. And he was prepared to fight back. "As a kitten, I was innocent. I saved you as a kit. I was never evil and I still am not. You know that. I never ran away, or took anybody. My father is dead! And my mother doesn't care about me! I love her dearly but she hates me! And I left our kits? How about you? You went physco! I told Grayce and Raptutin the truth! I didn't want to live in a world of lies! I didnmt force them out, they left on their own! I tried to stop them! You're a liar Spottedcloud. And a bad one. And I never thought you'd lie about me."
-
Hawkstar supressed an amused laugh. This was honestly funny! The leader cleared her throat before speaking. "Well, as we now have said our opening statements, SpottedCloud, begin with your arguement on why he is guilty. Please, tell us all why Nightclaw's statements are wrong." Damn, she was going a bit crazy over this. Wow...Hawkstar was partially crazy! Heh, I guess she takes off of her roleplayer.
-
Spottedcloud nodded. "Of course, Hawkstar. For one, Nightclaw did run away. Twice, in fact. He took me, only days away from kitting, with him to some hostile Clan. OakClathree little adopted kittens, Grayce, Rasputin, and Cloudkit. He told them that they weren't my kittens, and they became so upset with me, that they left. Of course I went crazy! Any mother with three-moon old kits, who wouldn't be able to feed themselves out all alone, would do the same!"
-
Nightclaw vaguely remembered that. "You chose to come and were pretty happy about it. I told them because I didn't want to lie to them. You blamed me, of course, who wouldn't? But it was your fault that you went crazy. And they survived. And when they came back, you rejected them. You wouldn't feed them or your newborn kits. You left everyone to die."
-
OOC: Hope you don't mind me butting in :)
Speckledpath raised her head from the nursery. She could hear a commotion going on outside.
Halfclaw and Stripeheart padded into camp, looking surprised at what was before them. Halfclaw stepped forth, her silver and black tabby pelt bristling. "What's going on?" She demanded, looking from cat to cat.
-
Nightclaw shrugged. "what's going to happen is for Hawkstar to decide. But what is happening is that I am starting a rebellion."
-
Bumblestorm looked back over at Nightclaw. He didn't like it, not at all. But of course Nightclaw would be exilled from Hawkclan forever and no one would follow him, only the crazy Hawkclanners would dare to go with him, and everything would return back to Hawkclan... right?
