    Shademoon got up, and went to the river, then hunted about three fish, then took them home.

    I hunted a thrush and a bluejay and started padding towards the cave.

    I looked up, alarmed at the sound of the beginning of my name. It was so short, I thought I hadn't heard anything. I was right behind the cave. I thought it was nothing, but I dashed forward to check if Shademoon was hurt or something.

    I saw Shademoon's dark body in the pool of blood. I rushed to her side and laid down, not caring about the sticky red liquid. "Wh-What's wrong?!" I demanded.
