    Redstorm began to pad away. He stopped at the entrance and waited for Poppydawn. The red and white tom cast an uneasy glance at Whitekit, then Poppydawn. He noticed Frostwish outside the nursery and watched her head for the warriors' den.

    Redstorm turned to face Poppydawn. "Well, you see, I was speaking to Whitekit earlier. He said you kicked him out of the nursery or something and he was sleeping in the snow." he meowed. "He was shivering, and he seemed a bit angry, but I felt bad for him." He lashed his tail. "Not to be rude, but what kind of a mother would do that to her own kit?" he asked.

    Poppydawn bared her teeth at the tom. "Well, as you know very well, all kits exaggerate mouse-brain. What i meant is that he has to sleep alone, that isnt nececarily kicking him out! he just needs to understand that his attitude and behavior isnt tolerated. and he has already, ive decided that he can come back very early, but he is still in trouble.Just mind your own buisness. their mine and stonetooth's kits." she growled a bit, a snappy tone."So just stay out of it" she added, a bit of saddness in her tone. she spun around and stalked back into the nursery

    Whitekit had gone to jump on Tigerkit, and ended up tripping and falling with his face in his brother's fur. "Bah!" he cried, standing up indignantly as if Tigerkit's fur had lunged at him instead. He whipped his head around when his mother came stalking back into the den, his whiskers standing up in hope of a different cat.

    No cat was behind poppydawn. she licked down the ruffled fur ontop of whitekit's head. "Whats going on in here?" she giggled as she saw silverkit swung her tiny paw as sparkkit, tripping.

    Redstorm watched as Poppydawn left. He hadn't expected the queen to get so angry. The red and white tom got up and turned around. He padded off and entered the warriors' den, curling up in his nest and closing his eyes.

    Whitekit ducked away from his mother in fear that she was about to bite his ear. Her constant moodswings had begun to confuse him deeply and the playing in the nursery was just giving him a headache. At least he was warmer now.

    Poppydawn rolled her eyes. she picked up whitekit by his scruff and put him in the nest where his littermates were play fighting. "You can join them or take a nap" poppydawn murmured; keeping an eye on him and his littermates, though taking glances at the entrance to the nursery

    Frostwish collapsed into her nest with a sigh. The day had been long, but now she finally got the rest she deserved. She purred in satisfaction, rolling over on her back and stretching her paws out to touch the wall. Her nest had never felt so comfortable! She gave a tiny mew of happiness before curling up, tucking her nose under her tail. She silently flipped through the events of the day. Mostly.... Hunting. But then she stumbled upon the memory of Whitekit, hearing him tell her he loved her. A smile formed on her muzzle. She could call Whitekit her own, and he probally wouldn't even protest. Then Redstorm's face appeared in her head, and her heart skipped a beat. Why did she always feel weird whenever she thought about him or saw him or was around him? She wasn't in love with him, was she? 'That's insane.. Besides, even if you did, he doesn't love you, so get over it.' Frostwish told herself, but she didn't want to believe it. Her ears burning hot with embaressment, she closed her eyes, and fell ino an uneasy sleep.

    Whitekit rolled his eyes, copying what he had seen his mother do time and time again. The small scrap stumbled away from the nest, bored out of his tiny mind. "No!"


    Icebreak returned to camp with the mice he had caught on his hunting trip with Polarstar and spat them out where the fresh-kill was. Again, the sky was beginning to darken. The long summer days had begun to get to him.. He had not gotten nearly enough sleep lately.

    "Fine, if you don't want to take a nap, go play" Poppydawn said quietly, nudging him to his littermates and looking back at the den entrance.


    ((sorry about not being on. i was on Birthday vacation and my computer got all janked up. it kept saying it was gonna power down for somereason and not low battery. and before this i got puter taken away. sorry again. right now i am angry at my kitty. he bit me for no reason. im just sittin there and BAM!!! now i have cuts and 2 holes in my arm from his teeth.))

    ((x3 I think it would mean that- if she is gone... Perhaps we could make this into a plot, though, and move the clan! Under the pretense of getting away from the polar bears that keep attacking! RAH! *idea splosion*))
