    Ivy accidentally skimmed the ground while watching Blix behind her, reducing her momentum with the friction and causing him to win. Of course, by then she'd disappeared into the forest.

    (( Yep, that sounds good. I don't care either way. ))


    Yuki continued shaking her head and went into the stables to find Warii.

    OOC: We could have them have a fight. Eclipse should lose because he isn't focusing properly and is wounded. However Jace could intervene and bring Eclipse back to Southern


    Blix slowly stalked through the woods. He wasn't the smallest of dragons, so he had to take the smallest of steps to not make a sound. However he tuned his hearing to the woods to get a sense of what was around him.


    Eclipse came to the lake where Red and Jace and came once. He sighed and laid his head down. "Why..."

    Ivy dropped down behind Blix, a perfect white rabbit lying limp between her jaws. Tilting her head innocently and sitting down, she curled her tail about her and folded her owl-quiet wings closer to her.

    (( And Yoru gets away, but when him and Eclipse are fighting Eclipse discovers the link between him(Yoru) and Vera that allows him to control her and severs it. So Yoru is left dragonless and Vera joins the South. Yoru wants revenge and he goes to that large dragon/monster thingy in the mountains and tries to bargain for something to destroy the South.


    The two come to the agreement that if the monster dragon thingy destroys to Southern castle and kills everybody in it then he can mentally enslave Yoru at any time, along with any one victim he decides to keep as a pet from the Southern.


    Zar'oc finds out about the plot with everybody else as the monster/dragon thing is preparing to attack and he goes out and confronts Yoru. They have a huge battle and Zar'oc defeats Yoru, killing him, but taking mortal wounds to himself. They both die and the deal with the large dragon is over so he doesn't destroy the South.


    Just a strange surge of muse.... ))

    OOC: And this is why I love this thread to bits.


    However weren't we going to have Blix kill Zar'oc? In some epic fight to the death? ???


    How could we mix that up in there?


    IC: Blix looked at Ivy and rolled his eyes. "Show off." he said playfully. His attention was drawn to the nearby sound of a rustling bush. A large male deer walked through and in a blink of a eye he had snapped it's neck with ease.


    Eclipse thought about some of the recruits in Southern.


    Jace wandered slowly back into Southern.

    (( Hmmm. Since Zar'oc has turned good then he has to die a noble death.... Maybe Blix or Eclipse could be with/have followed Zar'oc in case he was helping to destroy Southern and they see Yoru and Zar'oc talking and think he's turned traitor, again, and attack him and be the cause for his killing wound that Yoru gives him?


    Then Zar'oc and Blix/Eclipse whoever help to kill Yoru but cannot save Zar'oc? ))

    (( Ok, but he must be wounded really badly. We should wait until after the battle so we don't disrupt it again. Can you get your sister active again so we can get the battle going? ))

    OOC: LOL I'll do my best to get her back on. I might end up role playing Katarina though....

    With Vera safely under control Dylan finally had some time to herself to think about what Salem had told her. She was in her safe place, the castle's wine cellar. She curled up and pulled her knees up to her chest, resting her chin on them as her eyes filled with tears.

    Eclipse splashed the water and sighed "Useless...."


    Melhow walked into the wine cellar looking for something he had hid here years ago before Blix had outcasted him.

    "Depends." purred Ivy, setting her rabbit down. "This rabbit here is enough to keep me full until sundown. The deer would probably be the same for a dragon of your size. But I caught mine faster, and I'm sure with more finesse. But you weren't there and I didn't know it was a competition. You figure it out."

    She didn't notice the presence of Melhow as she replayed the years of memories in her mind, starting with Salem falling in love. The only part that was hidden from her was who she had fallen in love with, who had left her mother before she was born. Then the memories continued to play on, her mother giving her to a trusted family and then leaving to spy for the Southern lands.


    Each scene played in her mind, flickering by like a movie that she had seen a million times, and yet knew nothing about.
