    She sighed she didn't here much of that she only heard the words "I . . . am . . . Blind. . . Just like you." But she knew he would never understand her pain, first her parents abandoned her and she was named Unwantedkit and she wasn't just blind but she was mute, blind, and half deaf....

    Rockypaw looked at Unwantedkit, "I also have a mute sister, us three, we were abused in our old Clan, so we created this Clan." He knew half of what he said wasn't going to be heard by Unwantedkit. His tail swished back and forth, "If you want . . . I could have Brokenstar rename you. And then, I'll take care of you . . . like a father."

    She heard,"Mute sister...abused...old clan....you want.....Brokenstar rename you....I'll take care of you.....father...."she shook her heard no cause her parents named her for what she was...useless.

    Rockypaw sighed as he settled down beside the young kit, "You're not useless as you think, Unwantedkit. StarClan has sent you to our world for a greater reason than to be useless," he mewed to the kit. He curled his fluffy black tail around Unwantedkit's body attempting to pull her closer to him.

    She only heard some of that but she got the point, he was trying to make her feel not useless when she was.

    He sighed again, "Why would StarClan bring you to this world if they thought you were useless?" he asked almost as if he were asking himself as well, "they wouldn't if you were useless. They'd simply toss you aside. If you need me I'll be in the Medicine Cat's Den." With that he stood up and padded away, back to the Medicine Den.

    She pondered what he said, though she only heard some of what he said.

    Rockypaw stepped inside the den, hearing the distant battle yowls of his Clanmates. These battles are pointless, why can't they just live in peace? He kicked the dirt with his front paw, tripping on a rock. Rockypaw yowled out in pain.
    "Stupid rock!" he yowled after getting up. Rockypaw limped towards the herb storage room. Silently he grabbed a stick and some cobwebs. He laid his paw down upon the stick and began to wrap it in the cobwebs, tightly. I hate being blind, why DID StarClan bring me here if I was blind! He stalked over to his nest in a separate den, angry at himself for tripping over a rock that he couldn't see. He curled around thrice before settling down in his nest.

    She tried to walk she felt the vibrations of cat's feet, she smiled she wished she could teach her technique to Rockypaw, to felt the vibrations of the ground and she could almost picture every thing around in silver like she was looking at a Starclan camp. She felt kit paws all around her and she guessed she was in the nursery now.

    Scarletwind padded out of the nursery letting the other queens watch her kits. She saw her mate Lionsky walk into camp with her brother Darkfeather.

    Rockypaw lifted his head. How can Unwantedkit walk so well? Silently, he stood up, looking around the den with his sightless. Everything is just black, I can't see anything. He stepped forward and was instantly brought to StarClan. A small lithe tabby stood before Rockypaw, he could actually see the young cat, "W-who are you?" Rockypaw's voice quivered as he asked the cat its name.
    "I am known as Dawnmist, the Medicine cat before Twilightsky," the tabby replied to Rockypaw's question.
    "Do you have something for me?" Rockypaw pressed.
    "Yes," Dawnmist responded.
    "What is it?" Rockypaw meowed.

    She couldn't stop thinking Rockypaw, he was her only friend....

    From across the clearing the deputy watched in silence at the little kit

    She felt the vibration of the deputy's paws, she knew she was near, but she didn't know how near....

    I guess she's right next to me...she meowed when she heard the deputy meowed,"Ello!"
