The Hunger Games!? { major plottage! ` wip

In the ruins of a place once known as North America lies the nation of Panem, a shining Capitol surrounded by twelve outlying districts. The Capitol is harsh and cruel and keeps the districts in line by forcing them all to send one boy and one girl between the ages of twelve and eighteen to participate in the annual Hunger Games, a fight to the death live on TV.

In the wake of the rebellion, the Capitol established the Hunger Games, an annual event in which twenty-four children between the ages of twelve and eighteen, one boy and one girl from each district, are chosen from a lottery and entered into a gladitorial competition where they must fight each other to the death until only one remains standing.

The event served two purposes. The first was to demonstrate the overwhelming power the Capitol had over the districts by taking their children by force and forcing them to slay each other in a no-rules competition. It was proof that the Capitol's control over its people was so inexorable and unstoppable that they could do something so sadistic as to force the children of their conquered foes to slay each other in a battle royale. The second purpose was purely for entertainment. The Hunger Games are a nationally televised event in the same vein as a reality show, its entrants practically considered celebrities and the events themselves dramatized and glorified.

The Capitol of Panem is a fortress city where the wealthy and powerful people of the nation reside. Not only are the Games controlled from this point, but so are the twelve {previously thirteen} districts. The Capitol is a dictatorship.

[font=georgia]So, what will basically happen is; one very lucky cat will win and go home to their district. When a cat/human wins, their district gets a whole bunch of stuff. Their family gets rewarded with lots of stuff as well, stuff such as beds, water bowls, food, etc. So, anyway, this cat will be haunted by all of the cats that were killed in the Hunger Games in the Capitol {23 cats in total}. This cat will be forced to drive to the Capitol and somehow tear them apart but not without the help of the districts. You see, there were once 13 districts and they all tried to tear the Capitol down so they could live freely, but did not succeed in this. The Capitol tore District 13 down.

The cat defeats the Capitol with the help of their district and two other ones {I'm thinking number 7, 12, and 3}.
