Calm DOWN! :P Your simply on your sub-account. Sub-accounts down have post ranks if you choose for them not to.
As for your PM button being gone, do you mean up the top, or what you click to actually send the messages?
The star is usually for when you chose Loner in your alliance thing. And I also don't see how you could be two ranks, if any you should be a Dog Killer thanks to your post amount. I'm not sure why it's showing up like that so

The little speech bubble (if thasts what you mean) Is below the persons badges, or if they dont have any badges, their gender.
It's probably a glitch with coding, but can you still SEND PMs when you go to their camp?
Another thing-- the dog killer is not a glitch. It's a free role player rank and loner is a rank you get whenever you delete your account like I did to my main one. You can remove it by going to Modify My Camp>> Alliance C:

Try to go to a admin's camp (NOT wynn she's busy) and scroll down to try and PM the admin. If you still can't PM then wait for a staffer.

OHHH. That! Yeah... That's not a gitch. It's for that on purpose. Wynn has said that PMs can be turned OFF with rudeness, harassing, ect. An admin might unlock it for you.
Have you run out of PMs? Or, as Black Beauty said, you might of been saying inappropriate stuff over PM.
