Character Name: Silentpaw - Ivory
Character Age: 10 moons
Gender: She-cat
Alliance: Windclan
Rank: Apprentice
Appearance: Light boned and sleek, Silentpaw has glossy fur and a cream coloured pelt with light brown streaks running through it. She has dark brown eyes with flecks of yellow and green. Long thick eye lashes frame her eyes. Directly above her eyes, she has two small dark brown spots and a small white scar can be seen underneath her left eye. Her tail is long and has several light brown rings around it with a dark brown point on the end. She has slender limbs and a slight frame, often making her appear small or fragile. Her right ear has a small clip in it and her whiskers are long. Her muzzle is a darker colour then the streaks on her back and she has small teardrop patterns under her eyes.
Personality: As her name suggests, Silentpaw prefers to keep a low profile and speaks better with her body language then her mouth. This can sometimes mean she appears distant to other cats, who think she can be ‘a bit of a dreamer’. She likes to think things through before giving an opinion. She values the mind and wits over brute force, preferring to think her way out a situation rather than fight her way out. This might be steamed form her lack of muscle and power. It doesn’t mean that she will compromise the safety of her clan over her life, she’ll still put her life on the line for what she believes in. She only gives her friendship over to people who she trusts or respects and can sometimes come across as suspicious because of this. When she does talk to others, she’s kind and will quietly offer advice to those who need it.

• Slightly antisocial/doesn’t like lot’s of social interaction for extended periods of time. It makes her feel uncomfortable and claustrophobic.

History: Silentpaw, although having a lot of the Windclan traits, wasn’t born into the clan. Her mother abandoned her at the young age of three moons, leaving her father to care for her and her siblings. One of her brothers died, having been born blind and defenceless. Silentpaw never found out what happened to him. Her father just told her that there had been a horrible accident and that her brother was no longer with them. At the age of five moons, her father took her and her older brother through land that was being developed.
While her father was off hunting her brother tried to push her under the wheel of a truck that was moving soil to and from the site. Wounded and hurt by her brother’s betrayal, Silentpaw pleaded with her father to let her go her own way. Not believing her old enough to defend herself, he said it was out of the question. Several weeks later while moving through a mind swept moor, her father was showing her and her brother the basics of hunting. Leaving the two kit’s to go hunting, Silentpaw’s brother tried to get rid of her again. They very briefly fought and in the confrontation Silentpaw received her scar under her eye and the clip on her ear. Ceasing the chance, Silentpaw made a brake for it. Weak and wounded, a patrol found her shivering beside the older badge set.
Acceptance into the clan has been a long and tiring journey for Silentpaw and she still doesn’t feel as if she truly belongs. Preferring to keep to herself as much as possible and avoid pointless confrontations.
Roleplay Sample:
It was hot, the sun poured down over the moor giving everything a hazy image. It was the kind of day where she would have preferred to be sitting under a tree or lazily enjoying the heat. Silence stared down at her paws trying to keep the worried expression from showing on her face. Her father was going over the rules, again. He would be off hunting soon and ever since the ‘truck incident’ Silence felt like she could no longer put her trust in her brother.
Looking over briefly at the tom that held all her problems, Silence could see the tabby was carefully listening to their father’s words. Venomous pain filled her entire being, why did he have to betray her like he did. As if reading her thoughts the, the one eye she could see suddenly turned to look at her. The day didn’t seem so hot any more. Silence shivered like she’d jumped into a stream in the middle of bare-leaf. Hastily looking down at the dusty ground Silence felt like her heart had just jumped into her throat, preformed a flip, and then plunged back into her chest. Her brother’s eyes were the eyes of a killer.
