Illuminant couldn't help but to let out a small chuckle. [b][color=#dbb125][shadow=black,right]"He probably had catnip before he came here. What warrior would be mousebrained enough to have catnip and try to fight a leader?"[/shadow][/color][/b] She whispered to Rainbowkit and let out a soft [i]mrrow[/i] of laughter. She then swiped at some of the dead leaves as Rainbowkit, forgetting about helping weave twigs together.[/color]

The medicine cat apprentice's jaw dropped in shock, not sure she had heard Raindowkit correctly. "Sabrestar?" she asked, worry filling her voice. "Is he alright? Are herbs needed?" the hedgehog's eyes danced across the medicine den walls, frantically searching for the nessisary herbs.

"He has rabies, a few other cats did too but they.. died.. one of them was my mommy.. I gave Sabrestar some lavender to calm him down." Rainbowkit felt sad for her mom.

She nodded. "I know all about poor Sabrestar. I almost stayed with him and the sick cats-to help. I changed my mind at last minute." Had this kit been there back at the old camp all along? Itmust have been aa horrible experience. "You saw him? How is he? Did you stay?". The hedgehog feltbad for asking so many questions-she was just concerned. She hadn't heard much news about the leader, and this was some. "I'm terriblly sorry about your mother. I'm sure she is watching you now-proud of what you did today by helping him. That was very brave." Gently ruffling the kit's fur, she smiled. "You would make a great medicine cat apprentice one day."

Colouredvision looked at the kit with an unrealistic gaze. "Um, good job then Rainbowkit" he said with an attempted belief. He swished his tail and looked at the kit with a close eye. "I just spoke earlier with Mountaindew, Sabrestar's rabbis has dispersed" the deputy informed the kit's suggested correction. He didn't want to be mean, but they had to get their facts straight.

Miniturepaw's chocolate brown eyes fell on the deputy. So he was better now? Completley? "Is he coming back, Colouredvision, soon?" She missed the leader, though Colouredvision was a wonderful deputy. So brave and strong...

Seeing how the deputy was bust with other things, the small kit tried his paw at getting the moss. At first he tried scraping downwards, but he couldn't reach up that high. "Ugh!" He complained, seeing all the moss flecks scattered in his long-furred pelt.

"Splendid." because her mouth hurt slightly from to much smiling, she dipped her head instead. After that, she rushed towards the medicine den, knowing for certain that it was a mess. Herbs lay scattered on the floor and Minaturepaw glared at them for several moments. They wouldn't clean themselves of course, so the hedgehog hurried to tidy them up and put tgem in the appropriate places. There was no way that she would let her leader see the mess that the den was currently in.

Shadowsong smiled at the two young cats helping her build the den. "That's good!" she praised the kit of the two. Then she moved her gaze on to Lynxpaw. "That's good as well! Keep it up you two!" she purred and picked up another stick and placed it into her work, but this one had strange markings on it, they almost looked like the foam that was in the sick cats mouths. "Colouredvision! Look at this!" she called over to the deputy. Her eyes wide and her tail lashing.

IC: Colouredvision sighed as another cat needed him. The creme tom padded over and witnessed the white looking cream on the ground. It kinda looked like the foam from the riverbanks when there polluted. The deputy flicked his tail and wondered what it truly was. "It can't be the virus, no one here is contaminated" the tom reported to Shadowsong. "I don't think that would be it, seeing as no one is infected" he added with a comforting mew

Illuminant started to become bored again, wishing that Sabrestar could be here. She pawed at a leaf then looked around, looking for something to do. She had forgotten about helping Shadowsong. She looked back at Rainbowkit and mewed, [b][color=#dbb125][shadow=black,right]"On the way here, I found out my father is dead. My brother is also sick I think. He didn't come here so he must be sick."[/shadow][/color][/b] She no longer had fear or sadness in her voice, accepting the fact that what's done is done. Can't change the past. The kit padded over to the freshkill pile, then back to Rainbowkit, setting a mouse down at her paws. The sight of it made her mouth water, but she was going to be an apprentice soon, and she wanted to put her clan before herself. [b][color=#dbb125][shadow=black,right]"Here. You deserve it."[/shadow][/color][/b] She said happily, a purr rumbling in her throat.[/color]

"Thanks. I have four brother's, three of them are much bigger then me, another one is mentally.. well... challenged. Just like the ShadowClanner. I spend a lot of time with my challenged brother. His name is Glasskit." Rainbowkit purred, sitting next to Illuminant. "I have a feeling nobody here believes me." She muttered.

Colouredvision thought for a moment, then flashed his gaze back towards the camp. "There's a stream near by isn't there?" the tom said, to both himself and Lynxpaw.

This time, Shadowsond replied. "Not close enough to get that all the way here. " She mewed to the Tom. "It's just impossible. " she shook her head. Her whiskers were drooping, she was so tiered. She was carrying kits, which made all this work, two times harder than it was for everyone else.
