"I'll do it." He decided. "Unless you want to come to Shadowclan?"

"Well... I...um.."

He flicked his tail over her lips to silence her. "You don't have to. I'll come to Riverclan."

"Thank you" she purred

"Anything." He purred.

"I guess we have to ask Bearstar."

"Yeah..." He murmured. "I hope he'll accept me."

"Why wouldn't he?"

"I'm from Shadowclan."

"He is very understanding."

"Okay. I'll meet you here tomorrow." He meowed.

She nodded
"Bye!" She said as she licked his ear.

"Bye." He replied, brushing his tail along her flank as he padded away.

Ripplepaw ran back to her camp.

He ran back to the apprentice den, falling asleep beside Rockpaw, his sister.

When Ripplepaw got back to her den, she collapsed in her nest.

The next morning, Smokepaw padded out of his den, stretching.

Ripplepaw woke up the next day smiling.

He grinned and walked around the camp.
