Featherkit's arival (Open to starclan cats )

    Firestar nodded. "I bet so. First, stand about two fox-lengths away from me, and we can start." he mewed. Sandstorm smiled and padded away from Featherkit and Firestar so they could begin.

    "Very good, you want to unsheath your claws. Now give me a growl, and jump on me. Trust me, it's easier than it looks." Firestar said, looking proudlt at the kit.


    Sandstorm nodded and turned around to see Rainstrike beside her. "I thought you were gonna pack!" she mewed.
    "Yes, but we already have. Right now, we are eating and checking to see if we have everything." Rainstrike giggled.

    Featherkit nodded and compleatly unsheathed her claws.She then gathered her hind legs under her, let out a fearsom (Kit) growl and lept aiming for his chest.

    Firestar lunged backwards and to the side. He got on two feet and let his front paws be outstreached infront of him. Hissing, (but not too firce, she IS a kit! His claws are sheathed by the way since he doesn't want to hurt the kitten! :P) he sprang forwards and swiped his paw gently over the kits ear. "Now, I want you to do all you can to block me. And don't be afraid to hurt me...I'll be fine." he said.

    Swirlkit cheered featherkit on

    Rainstrike padded over to Swirlkit. "You could come too, if you'd like." she told Swirlkit.


    Sandstorm and Spottedleaf were play- fighting be some bushes.

    Firestar leaped forward, hissing. "Take your claws and slash them along my face or neck. You decide." he said, pinning Featherkit down.

    Firestar felt the rake of tiny claws on his fur. He smiled as released Featherkit. "Well done, little one. You have completed your first battle move succesfully!" he purred. Sandstorm padded over and said, "Yes, though it's time to get moving we are all packed, and Oakheart will be waiting for us at the creek. Bluestar asked if he could come." Firestar nodded, and walked to the circle of trees. Everyone was waiting for them there.


    OOC: can Featherkit be an apprentice in Starclan, or should she stay a kit? :-[ :) :-*

    Spottedleaf: "I think we have something very important to do before we begin our journey...Firestar, will you do the honors?
    Firestar: "Sure. Featherkit, you are a kit capable of anything you set your mind to...therefore, for your outstanding performance today, I now grant you your new name as Featherpaw!"
    Everyone: Featherpaw! Featherpaw! Featherpaw!

    "Now, we have to head by the creek to meet Oakheart. Right?" Sandstorm said. "Yes, lets go." Bluestar meowed, flicking her tail. They headed to the creek where Oakheart was waiting. "Hello, everyone. Where should we start?" Oakheart asked them. "By the rushing Starclan river." Copperfur mewed, hiss handsome copper-colore fur was just as dazzling in the sun as Firestar's. "Right." Oakheart replied, and they all headed to the river. "How are you keeping up, Featherpaw?" Rainstrike asked as they came to a bend in the path.

    "I'm glad. I don't want you all tired out," Rainstrike purred. Sandstorm looked up. "Look at the clouds...It will rain tonight." she mewed.
