Nina walked in the cafeteria. The only open spot was at Jake's table.

Nina sat across from him.

"you can sit here if you want" he said "most just don't like me i am surprised you came to this table"

She shrugged."Doesn't matter."

he nodded and went to go throw his tray

Nina sat down and ate her lunch.

he started walking back
"sup loser" a football player said walking by pushing jake into the wall
jake eye's flashed red in anger then went back to his usual gray eyes "i'm not a loser" he said calmly
"yeah sure" the guy said tripping jake making him smash into the ground

A group of cheerleaders took his wallet."You used to have 40$......" a cheerleader took the money."Now 0$" all the cheerleaders laughed and walked off.

he got up growling then tried to calm down "at least i have a brain

"Thanks for the money!" the cheerleader waved the money in the air and walked out.

jake grumbled
"see ya loser" the football player said
jake walked back to his table

"You okay?" Nina asked. She sounded concerned.

"I'm fine" he muttered "she didn't get my money" he reached down into his shoes and took out the forty dollars putting it in his wallet

She smiled."Clever."

he nodded and glared at the others
"why you sitting with that loser!" a guy shouted at nina
