The small gray tabby kit crouched in a dark corner. Ratkit was terrified, what if somebody stole her? No. She would not let that happen! SHe pushed herself further against the nursery wall.

Comet leaped, seeing Ratkit. Opportunities, oppportunities! The tom aimed to grab the kit.

Comfreypaw leaped into Comet's path, blocking the grab with his leg.

Rib leaped, seeing Ratkit. Opportunities, opportunities! The tom aimed to grab the kit.
Ripper had finally gotten back from his expedition to take the kits back to T.P.S.Q. Seeing Sankit, the tom grolwed, picking the unconsious kitten up.

Snowtail hissed at Rib

SandKit dangled from Ripper's jaw's still unconsious.

Rib ignored her, but otherwise stayed alert.
Rpper stuffed the kit into the storage tree then shut it, before any kits could get out.

Comfreypaw blocked Rib's grab attempt with his leg as well, wincing slightly.
Branchclaw barged at the storage tree, attempting to break the door down.

The strong tree held, only a small dent ever showing evidence that anyone had tried to break it.

Snowtail threw herself at Rib.

Rib didn't have time to dodge. He was thrown to the ground.

Snowtail grinned and had claws extended she went to swipe at his face.

Snowtail was able to dodge it when she saw him move. She growled and went to knock his feet from under him.

Branchclaw tried again, and again, and again. Over and over again, he rammed his head into the tree door.

Ragg saw Comet die. He whispered, "Comet, no..." He had been Ragg's best friend. He looked at the TPSQ cats, then back at Steel. Those who wanted to help should figure this out. He screeched, "Now!"
