Ebonypaw wants a best friend

Ebonypaw sat quietly outside the apprentice den her black fur was shining in the sunlight as she licked her right front paw which was the only piece of white fur she had. Her green eyes scanned the camp looking for her best friend.

Spiritpaw came up to Ebonypaw and said "Do you want to be my best friend????"

Ebonypaw smiled at Spiritpaw. "Yeah." She answered happily.

"What do you want to do?" Spiritpaw asked Ebonypaw.

"Well we could always go hunting or maybe some battle practice?" Ebonypaw suggested.

"Sure! Lets go ask our mentors if we could go hunting." Replied Spiritpaw.

"Okay!" Ebonypaw ran off to find her mentor.

Spiritpaw said, "My mentor said yes! How about yours??"

Cactuspaw leaped out of the den and laughed. He noticed the she-cats and meowed "Hi there my name is Cactuspaw, you?" His ivy-green eyes shone and his golden pelt was bright.

"Mine said yes too!" Ebonypaw meowed and turned to Cactuspaw. "Hi I'm Ebonypaw." The black she-cat answered her white right front paw lifted in greeting.

Cactuspaw smiled and meowed "Nice name" He lifted his paw in greeting too.

Ebonypaw smiled back. "Thank you." She answered blushing slightly.

Cactuspaw blushed slightly too and meowed "Your welcome"

"Do you want to go hunting with us?" Ebonypaw asked nervously looking down at her paws.

Cactuspaw shuffled his feet and meowed "Sure"

Ebonypaw looked at Cactuspaw and smiled. "Great!" She meowed.

Lightningpaw a muscular black tom with green eyes meowed "Don't think about leaving me here" Lightningpaw turned his heads towards ebonypaw "Hi im lightningpaw"

Cactuspaw got to his paws and stretched. "Oh hi Lightingpaw, how are you?" he asked.

"Fine,and i already asked my mentor ,balanceshadow, is I could come and he said yes" Lightningpaw meowed also stretching

Ebonypaw smiled. "Good the more the merrier!" She meowed grinning.
