    "Well, um, yes, but he left us before I really got to know him." Bear replied, her throat beginning to constrict. Just the thought of her family was depressing to her, with what had happened to them.

    [[ Meep. Do you know what happened to Bear's family? -Wants to tell so it will make more sense- o3o ]]

    ic. Insigniakit sighed, head drooping. [b]"Oh. Well, that's too bad."

    [[ Long story short, Bear's mom and siblings got mauled by a dog while she watched behind a bush. x3 ]]

    "Are you close to your siblings?" Bear mewed, her gaze far away now. She wanted to know if he was somewhat like her in family matters.

    ooc. Oh x3 Do I have permission to make a plot? XD


    ic. Insigniakit shrugged, sighing. [b]"I dunno. It depends on how you put that."

    [[ Permission to plot. xD ]]

    Bear nodded. "Well..do you spend alot of time with them?" she asked, not taking her eyes off of the distance. The brown tabby was thinking.

    Insigniakit scuffed his paws on the ground. He wasn't about to tell his only friend he would rather be imagining up some adventure, then playing moss-ball with his siblings. [b]"Uhhh ... Yeah."

    Insigniakit shrugged. "I dunno. She's busy with her leader jobs."

    ic. Insigniakit twitched his ear. [b]"I guess, but I still see her. I guess I would call myself lucky, some kits don't even have parents."

    [[ I'm making up their names. x3 ]]


    "Well, um..my mum was Maree and my dad was Thorn." Bear held back a gasp at the realiation that she had said the word 'was'. Now she would have to tell the whole story.

    ic. Insigniakit tilted his head, narrowing his eyes in confusion. [b]" Were your parents? What do you mean?"

    Insigniakit got up and picked up a vole. He tossed it on the ground in front of Bear and nodded. [b]"We have a lot of time."

    "Well..alright." Bear mewed hastily, taking a small bite of vole before beginning. "You see, my mum is..gone. So are my siblings. One day a dog came while we were playing. I was first to notice, and hid behind a bush, but the others were too late to escape. They were mauled by that creature. By the time it's twoleg called for it, they were..gone." She couldn't bear to say her family was dead, so 'gone' was her alternative.

    Insigniakit frowned, licking his friend's ear. "That's too bad, I'm sorry. And what of your father, was he killed too?"

    "I-I'm not sure. After he left us, he never came back." Bear replied with a shaky voice.


    [[ It'd be a cool plot if I adopted out her father and made a plot for him to find her. :3 ]]
