  • Oceanheart was out hunting alone at moonhigh when she scented something strange. Instinctively, she stalked whatever was giving out that scent. She stopped dead in her tracks as she saw a massive snake-like creature. It was more than three fox-lengths long! She poked the creature with her paws. It didn't seem to care. There was something bulging out of it as if it just had its last meal. Oceanheart sniffed curiously. It smelled so familiar. Then she realised that this creature had eaten a full grown ThunderClan warrior!

  • Hawkfoot was hunting when she saw Oceanheart. "What's going on?"

  • The snake appears asleep, let's cut it open" plotted Hawkfoot. At a young age when badger attacked her father taught her an important rule. "In a crisis, don't panic"

  • Oceanheart glared at her. "What use would it be? Besides even if we get thewarrior out, it would still be dead and we would be killing an animal that is not even our prey", Oceanheart pointed out. "We better tell Bramblestar."

  • I heard that they eat their food alive. It's not very low so it must've just eaten it. Let's tell Bramblestar but let's be quick"

  • oceanheart and hawkfoot both pelted towards the ravine and into the leader's den. "Bramblestar, we're sorry to barge in but there's a snake near sunningrocks!" oceanheart suddenly collapsed of shock and exhaustion.

  • We need to cut it open!"

  • WE NEED TO CUT IT OPEN AND PULL THE CAT OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" declared Hawkfoot

  • There's a cat in the snake"

  • Ice heard from my pop that the prey doesn't die inside the body until a couple of days"

  • Oceanheart awoke to find herself in the medicine cat den. She tried to lift up her head but it flopped back down. She tried to stand but she felt a paw push her down gently. "You need to rest," Oceanheart heard Nightbloom's soft mew.
