    Mocha padded aimlessly through the forest. He caught a whiff of Groundshredder's scent once, but decided against following it. The last thing he neede was another fight. He came upon a tiny creek and sat by its edge, staring into the water.

    groundshredder slinked up closer to the cats and saw there scars and missing body parts. gross he thought then walked forward. the first cat turned and hissed. he had a missing eye. stop that scar. anther one growled. he was the most battered. my name is wind he said. i would like to see your camp. groundshredder nodded and led them there.

    sunheart could see that the prophecy was about to come true and forced herself to her paws. nothing will hurt my clan. she thought and walked forward. she stumbled a couple times then started to walked normally.


    I'm wind he said smiling and you are.

    "Sunheart!" Dawnfeather started to her paws as she saw the medicine cat exit the den. "What are you doing?"

    there stupid cats who asked to see you he growled. yes he's right wind said. i said shut your mouth groundshredder yowled.

    Dawnfeather didn't think Sunheart would be alright, but she didn't say anything that would upset her. She sighed and padded into the warrior's den to take a quick nap.


    Mocha looked at Groundshredder in surprise, but said nothing.

    sunheart walked on out of the camp and sighed loudly when she heard groundshredders yowling she headed that way.


    wind stepped back in surprise, well i never. scar lunged at groundshredder pinning him down.

    "Stop that this instant." Mocha growled at Scar and Groundshredder. "You," he pointed with his tail at Scar. "Get off of him."


    Dawnfeather couldn't sleep, so she padded out of the den. I don't care what that medicine cat thinks, I'm going after her. She raced out of camp into the forest.

    she brushed her way into the clearing where groundshredder and mocha where. she raised one eyebrow.


    groundshredder and scar parted snarling wildly. wind stopped when he saw sunheart why what a beautiful cat he purred.


    sunheart took a step back.

    "Enough." Mocha stepped between Sunheart and the two strangers. "What are you doing here?"


    Dawnfeather followed Sunheart's scent to the clearing, but stopped just out of sight.

    we came to seek help, and i warn you we always get what we want he smiled.


    sunheart eyed them suspiciously. what do you mean she asked.



    groundshredder dug his claws into the ground.

    "What kind of help?" Mocha asked warily. He motioned with his tail for Groundshredder to take a few paw steps away from the two cats. He didn't trust them at all.


    Dawnfeather poked her nose around a bush to see what was happening.

    Wind smiled why food shelter the necessary needs to survive.



    sunheart bite her bit her bottom lip.


    groundshredder took a step back.

    we are but two travailing strangers in need. what dark clan would send us away.


    sunheart wasn't convinced. we are not a dark clan. she hissed.


    groundshredder prepared to leap on them.

    Mocha tensed his body. "As Sunheart said, we are not a dark clan. If you want help from a dark clan, go somewhere else!" he spat.


    Dawnfeather crept closer.
