She sniffled as she leaned against him, feeling safe in his arms. She knew no matter how hard she tried she would never be able to forget what happened

He stroked her hair"Im sorry....I didn't protect you"

"i shouldn't have gone near him." she whimpered

" I should have been there to protect you"he whispered

She shivered slightly as she closed her eyes tightly before putting her face in her hands to try and stifle the sobs

"yes it is I knew something was off about him but I still went to him." she said
