  • OOC: She knows already, its alright.

Fallenpaw looked at Thunderpaw, blinking her huge blue eyes. The small she-cat shivered slightly as another final leaf-bare chill streamed through the trees. "When will i-it end.." She murmered to herself, burying her tail in between her legs.

  • "Soon," Thunderpaw promised her "I can smell the newleaf in the air, can't you?" He lifted his head to the wind, feeling comforted as the breeze gently buffeted his fur.

  • Fallenpaw nodded, purring gently as she felt the wind as well. "It f-feels..n-nice." She murmered, her blue eyes looking at the ground more than anything else. Newleaf and prey are finally coming back.

  • Thunderpaw smiled as he thought about the warm moons to come. After such a long season of leaf-bare he couldn't wait for the prey to start running again. Finally things could perhaps be peaceful, just for a little bit. Just so everyone could enjoy the warmth and happiness of newleaf, the season of new life. "It's gonna be great to have the sun shining on my face again," he mewed happily.

  • "Y-Yeah." She meowed, looking back up at Thunderpaw. "With all the m-mice and squirrels, and a warm Sunningrocks." The thought of a warm evening made her purr, as her tail swished from side to side.

  • "And I'm sure everyone will be in a better mood," Thunderpaw added. He found it hard to remember what the bright sunny skies and warm breezes were like, since it had been so long.

  • "True.." She purred. "And maybe we could get our Warrior names in the warm weather, how cool would that b-be!" Fallenpaw could imagine standing in front of the Highrock, recieving her Warrior Name with some of the other Apprentices. I wonder what it would be..maybe Fallengaze, like my mentor!

  • "That would be awesome!" Thunderpaw exclaimed, wondering what his own warrior name would be. Maybe Thunderheart, or Thunderpelt, or even better, Thunderstrike? He didn't know, and he certainly couldn't wait.

  • "I only h-hope that Wrathstar doesn't name me something s-silly..like Fallendirt." She meowed, a bit saddned that she had no idea of what her name would be. What went with fallen anyway? Fallen was a word to describe something that was worthless, she though. Maybe dirt would be a good name for her..

  • Fallenpaw looked at Thunderpaw. Why would they not name her that? She thought of herself as silly and klutzy..anything that a Warrior should not be. Maybe she should not become a Warrior at all. "Why do you say that?" She meowed.

  • "I..I am?" She slightly squeaked. I wish I could tell you that you are too! She thought as she inwardly shivered, noticing that Bugs pressence was still following her. In fact, the black tom seemed to sheathe and unsheathe his claws, making Fallenpaw even more nervous.

  • Thunderpaw thought Fallenpaw seemed nervous. He hoped his complement hadn't made her embarrassed, otherwise he would have definitely looked like a fool.

  • Fallenpaw looked upwards at Thunderpaw, blinking once to try and calm her emotions. "T-Thank you, Thunderpaw..I..I hope you get a good name when your time comes." She purred gently, letting her black tail stray near Thunderpaws own.

  • "And I hope- no, I know you will too," Thunderpaw mewed, smiling, and he allowed his tail to meet Fallenpaw's.

  • Fallenpaw kneaded the ground, a bit og happiness lighting her eyes. Her onyl regret now was that she wished that Thunderpaw would get her Warrior name with her. Oh, well..he will be in the Warrior Den with me soon after. She thought, feeling the newleaf rays dappling her dark pelt.
