If I Die A Lonely Death, I'm Sure It's From The Cigarettes. I Smoked Each Day After You Left Me, Standing Alone.

The fog hung heavy in the air, today was especially humid. Out of the brambles, a coal grey she-cat stumbled out. Her light blue eyes were lined with tears and her breath in pants. She had been running, she needed to get away for a while. The leader of Drowningclan needed a breather and what better place to have one then under the green willow tree.

Finalstar crouched under the dangling branches and blinked very slowly. A tear silently hit the earth and she wiped it up with her large paw. Why am I still so alone?

She had started her clan to find others like her, others that had been persecuted for their opinions. No one could ever tell her what to believe. However, she still felt like no one understood her.
"Alone for the rest of my days, with no one but my mind to speak to."
She murmered her words and lashed her tail on the ground.

  • ****bump******

  • Fog wandered around boredly, blending in the shadows with his black pelt. His green eyes glinted when he saw Finalstar, another clan cat then. All the others had attacked him on sight, he didn't think this one would be any different. If she attacked he would fight back, if not he wasn't sure what he would do. "Hello," he purred, stepping out into the light.

    OOC: HI!! XD *takles Micro*

  • ooc: HI!!!!!!! *tackles back* Yes, it's best roleplayer in my clan!

    Ic:

Finalstar's fur bristled, another cat had approached her. The coal grey she-cat stared long and cold at Fog. She blinked her tears aways and lashed her tail once more.

    "What do you want?!"

Her voice cracked in the middle of her question and she tried to hide her embarassment.

  • OOC: I'm the best roleplayer?

IC: "Sadness isn't always a bad think, though pity is," Fog said calmly. In truth he was trying to annoy her, if he didn't, all the better. His scars were now visable, though he didn't seem to mind. One seemed fairly fresh, the flesh was still open and bleeding slightly. He hid his pain well, even his eyes remained devoid of it.

  • OOC: Yes you are.

    IC:
Finalstar let out a long hiss.
"Why are you even speaking to me?"
She turned away, not wanting to view his scars.

"You don't want to be here right now."

  • "Yes I do," Fog said, "and I'm talking to you because I want to." He jumped onto a large root and back in front of Finalstar. He was fairly muscular and handsome, though his scars deducted from that a bit.

  • Finalstar looked the tom over and ducked her head.

    "Just go, I'm nothing special."

Her large paws kneeded the ground and her tail sweeped the dirt.

  • "I don't wanna go," Fog purred, "for one thing you're the first clan cat who didn't attack me." He licked Finalstar's cheek teasingly and moved back quickly, not exactly wanting to get hit.

  • Finalstar tried to nip Fog after that lick.
"You're the first loner who's ever thought I was an approachable cat."

  • "Being alone gets boreing," Fog sighed, "after my brothers left... Anyway, my past doesn't really matter does it? It's simply what happened before now right."

  • Finalstar sighed and crouched closer to the ground. Her eyes clouded with tears once more.
"Sometimes, the past is the only think that you hold on to."

  • "Then you need to create happier futures," Fog said pointedly. He moved closer to Finalstar again, her eyes softened as he did.
