Dawnkit smiled and padded to him, she licked him and mewed, "It's okay, Magmakit. Just promise to never lie again?"

A roaring purr errupted from his deep chest "I promise...."

Dawnkit licked Magmakit again, purring.

"What shall we do now?" he asked, pressing his flank against hers

Dawnkit thought and shrugged, "I don't know,"

OOC We should timeskip to when they are apprentices.

((Definately; shall we say that they carried on their secret romance and pick it up at their naming ceremony where they stick out the night together in their vigil?))

Magmakit's gaze drifted off into the horizon....

Magmakit trotted out of the nursery at the sound of Hawkstar's usual call for the clan. However, his mouth dropped open as his and Dawnkit's names were announced; they were about to become apprentices....

Dawnkit bounced around before running to the clearing.

((Your wolf farm thingy is coming along nicely :) I like the black one))

Hawkstar called them both forwards and magmakit thought of lying, changing his name and saying that the 'real' Magmakit was out - But he'd made a promise. He stepped forward, searching the crowd for Dawnkit also, wodering if she was as nervous as him

Dawnkit stepped foward. Her body wiggled with excitment.

Streampaw watched the two new apprentices. She could not wait for some new playmates and hunting partners. Her marbled tabby body twitched with excitement.

Magmakit shifted his position at hearing his new name; Magmapaw. He searched the crowd, wandering whom his new mentor would be.... a she-cat? a tom? the deputy? That would certainly be a high honour, having the deputy as mentor - or better yet, the leader! He caught Streampaw's eye and winked as if to say "Finaly you'll have some hunting partners!"

Dawnkit straightened when her new name was called, Dawnpaw. She glanced over at Magmapaw.

He turned round as Dawnkit's new name was announced; Dawnpaw. It was an elegant, femenine name, it was beautiful - like her. His claws suddenly became entwined and he fumbled, panicking slightly, as he tried to untangle them

Dawnpaw giggled when Magmapaw fumbled around. Then she turned her attention to the leader.

{How about we have my warrior mentor Magmapaw, and one of your warriors mentors Dawnpaw, so we don't mentor our selves and don't have to worry about other rpers}

((Sure, I don't actually have another hawkclan warrior, but i can spare a loner i have :) ))

Magmapaw ceased his fidgeting, turning to the leader to find out who his mentor was. Dawnpaw's would be Butterflygaze and his would be Soulfeather. Good; he liked Soulfeather and he still hadn't forgotten what she had done for him - kits weren't allowed to leave camp or hunt but she had let him off the hook so he could apologise to Dawnkit.
