    Heatherstar stood on the flat-topped tall tree, also known as Glory's Peak, above the other trees where her clanmates were putting the camp together. Her light ember fur shone and she looked at the cats.

    Leafdapple licked her kits, one by one: Forestkt, Speckledkit, Lightkit, Sweetkit. She wrapped her tail around them protectively. "Let us go mamma!" whined Speckledkit, wiggling out of her mother's embrace. Sweetkit smiled up at Leafdapple, her head cocked slightly to the right. Lightkit just sat there, not decided on which kit to join.

    Leafdapple smiled at Forestkit, licking his forehead. "You'll become an apprentice soon enough, kit. Enjoy bein a kit while it lasts."

    Forestkit snorted, but his eyes gleamed with excitement for the furture.


    Heatherstar stepped down to her den engraved into the tree to fix it up a little~

    Tornpaw made her way up to the medicine den her mouth was full of moss.


    Solareclipse glanced at her and smiled "There's a spider on you Tornpaw!"


    Tornpaw jumped and dropped her moss "WHERE!?"


    Solareclipse burst out laughing "Just kidding!" he saw the anger flash in her eyes and quickly added "I'll help pick up the moss."


    Tornpaw growled "You mean you'll pick up all the moss and carry it?"


    Solareclipse rolled his eyes "Yes."

    Heatherstar couldn't surpress a mrrow of laughter.


    Forestkit sniffed Tornpaw. " You smellz funnie." he giggled.

    Tornpaw turned; her left side of her face scarred from a fox scratch. She lifted her tail up and covered the side that was disfigured "It's because I'm a medicine cat apprentice." she mewed cooly.


    Solareclipse began to clean up the moss and carry it to the den poor Tornpaw, she was such a pretty little apprentice until the fox got her... he glanced over as she covered up the scars will she ever be the same ,Lovelypaw, again? He remembered how they changed her name from Lovelypaw to Tornpaw.

    Tornpaw backed away from the kit and into the medicine den, there she called for her mentor "Leafheart!"


    Solareclipse turned to Blueleaf and smiled "Hello, Blueleaf. It's a nice day today, isn't it?" he padded down toward her.

    "yes, its beautiful."she purred,'do you want to go hunting with me?"

    Solareclipse smiled "After having to clean up moss?" he waved his tail "I'd love to."


    Tornpaw hid in the medicine den I hate being medicine cat apprentice! she grumbled to herself "I wanted to have a family one day, but even as a warrior who would ever love a cat with a face like me?"

    Leafheart came back with a load of herbs and went to the medicine den. She found Tornpaw hiding inside. "You ok, Tornpaw?" She asked, after she had put down the herbs.

    Tornpaw got up "I want to be a warrior!" she sighed and settled back down "I know I can't be one though..." the young she-cat mewed "Can we work so I can get my mind of my troubles?"


    Solareclipse nodded to Blueleaf "Where to?"

    Leafheart sighed. She nodded "Sorry." she whispered, and pointed toward the herbs. "Help me sort these."

    [sorry i was gone was running away from my friend whoes mad at me for getting him the wrong ice cream.]

    "what about down by the irver?"she sugged

    Solareclipse nodded "River it is." he began to go toward it then stopped to wait for her to catch up.


    Tornpaw continued to sort.
