Eaglepaw padded into the apprentice's den with a yawn. He had just came back from a taxing training session, and his bones ached. With a grunt, he heaved himself onto his nest.

Dawnpaw purred lightly as the other Dawnpaw struggled to find the right words,and her tail flicked encouragingly. Her ears swiveled in the direction of one of the nests in the apprentice's den,and she turned her gaze to Eaglepaw. "Hi there." She mewed to him,"Day of training,huh?" She asked,noting how tired and sore he looked.

Phantompaw smiled warmly at her, knowing he had hit the right spot. It was hard to resist laughing as the she-cat looked frantically for a distraction to hide her face, and he had to bite his tongue to refrain from it. He watched Eaglepaw flop raggedly into a nest.
" Had a tough day?", he questioned.

Sassypaw glanced at Dawnpaw with a soft mew of laughter, but she didn't say anything. When the newcomer came in, she crouched at him, her tail in the air. "Hi, Eaglepaw! Did you catch me some freshkill?"

Eaglepaw let out a groan. "Yeah," he mewed, every word a struggle. "It's the skinny rabbit in there..." The dark brown tabby tom rolled over to his back. "Tough day..."

Dawnpaw purred,"I'm sure it was." She mewed,flicking her ears at Eaglepaw.

Dawnpaw hissed angrily ast Sassypaw, Dawnpaw #1 and Phantompaw. So she liked Serpantpaw, big deal. She hadn't seen him in a while though....with training and all that.
Thankfully, Eaglepaw saved from having to say anything. "Hey Eaglepaw! What did you do today that was so tough?" she asked, curling her tail around her paws.

Sassypaw purred and licked Eaglepaw's head. "Well, now you can rest in the company of three beautiful she-cats. And Phantompaw." She mewed her amusement and licked again.
ooc: Sassypaw doesn't really know Eaglepaw, she's just being a flirt. In case anybody was wondering.

Phantompaw smirked at the "three beautiful she-cats. and Phantompaw" comment. He pressed his legs out in front of him for a good stretch, yawning in the process. Seeing Eaglepaw so worn out made him feel tired, too.
" So like...", he trailed off, thinking of an ending to cap off the sentence."...yeah. What was so tough, Eaglepaw? Out training I suppose?"

Blossompaw padded into the apprentices' den. "Hey, guys!" she called, "What are you talking about?"

Dawnpaw watched Sassypaw flirt with Eaglepaw. The sight of it made her sick. She didn't even like Eaglepaw like that! She watched a smirk appear on Phantompaw's face at Sassypaw's comment and press herself against his side. "Well don't you feel lucky? You were included." she teased lightly, a fluttery feeling appearing in her stomach.
She cocked her head slightly....that's how she felt when she was with Serpentpaw. Now she was feeling that way with Phantompaw? Was she falling for Phantompaw...........naw.....she couldn't be....could she?

"Ah,So many cats." Dawnpaw meowed,letting out a mrrow of laughter. She purred happily,and nodded to Blossompaw,"Oh,Just...A lot of stuff." She meowed,her whiskers quivering in amusement. She was a single she-cat,and she didn't flirt that much. She wasn't shy though,she just hadn't met the right cat.

Sassypaw flicked her tail in hello to Blossompaw and mewed. "Lots and lots of cats. We may need to expand the den. We can take over the Nursery, I'm sure the queens won't mind." She let out a mrow of laughter and flopped on her back, kicking her legs in the air playfully.

IC: Dawnpaw swatted at Sassypaw's paws playfully,and purred in amusement. "But we'd have to be mindful of the kits all the time." She meowed,and sat down,curling her tail neatly over her paws.

Dawnpaw smiled, still pressed up against Phantompaw. "Hmm...kits are fun to play with but I couldn't stand living with them...I could barley stand living with YOU guys!" she mewed playfully.

Eaglepaw sighed. "Well we went over a lot of stuff. Like leap and hold, as well as the scruff shake." The brown tabby cleaned behind his ear with a lick of his paw.

Danwpaw hissed playfully at the other Dawnpaw, swiping at her head from where she STILL sat next to Phantompaw. The fluttery feeling was still there....she kind of liked it.
She looked at Eaglepaw. "Lionnip taught me that of training sessions ago...I can't wait until I'm a warrior!" she mewed wonderingly.

Eaglepaw nodded. "All I have to do is wait two more moons!" the tom grinned happily. Rasping his rough sandpaper of a tongue over his paw, he wetted it, and brushed down the ruffle of hair sticking up on his creamy white chest.

"I'm still going over the borders!" Blossompaw mewed. She was barely 6 moons, so she was still a new apprentice. These cats were much more advanced. "I wonder what Freeheart'll teach me tomorrow," she mewed to her new friends.
