    "Windstrike, Shadowpaw, Sparkfur, and Takenpaw. May you four go on a hunting patrol?" Waspstar asked polietly.

    Windstrike slowly slipped over to Morningflower's side his eyes foggy with mystery. He looked away into the deep forest. What if they are watching me right now? His mind whispered. Why did they have to choose him! Windstrike slowly looked at his leader.


    Morningflower looked at her brother. A strong smell hit her nose. What is that.. It smelled faimiler to her. She leaned a bit closer to her brother. It's Windstrike.. Why do I know that smell. Morningflower shrugged andtriedto ingore the apaulling smell


    Windstrike jumped "Of Choice.." he nodded

    ""Yes Waspstar," both Sparkfur and Shadowpaw replied.

    Secrets, secrets whisper well..Around the circle, mother knows well...

    Waspstar nodded. She laid down on the High Mound and watched her camp, her eyes shining. Her golden and black striped fur shined against the sunrise as it came over the trees.

    They waited for the rest of the patrol

    Windstrike slowly padded over to the camp enternce for his partol.


    Morningflower padded over to Coldheart "Congrades." she purred Trying to put on her best smile. "Want to share some prey."

    "Now we have to wait for Takenpaw," Sparkfur said to Windstrike.

    Morningflower nodded and slowly padded over to the fresh kill pile. "Your choice."


    Windstrike nodded

    Splashfur yawned.


    Shimmerclaw asked, "Can I go on patrol, too?"

    Waspstar nodded. "Yes. Would you like to lead a border along the twoleg place?" she asked Shimmerclaw.

    OCC: Can we leave without takenpaw since she's not on?

    Morningflower shook her head "Nothing." she lied badly. Morningflower tried not to meet his gaze afraid he would call her bluff

    OOC~ Yes


    IC~ Waspstar flicked her tail tip.

    "I don't believe you....my mother acted the same way whenever she wanted to hide something from me and my brother...."he sighed,remembering his mother and the way she acted around him.

    OCC: Thanks


    Sparkfur motioned the patrol should go and Shadowpaw followed her they looked back for Windstrike.

    "Sure," Shimmerclaw shrugged. She padded out of camp.


    Splashfur padded to the fresh-kill pile.
