    Lightningstar was in his den fixing himself up. We need apprentices. He thought.

    thiefkit chased his tail tripping over a rock and stubbing his paw.


    splashthorn padded into camp. her jaws full of fresh kill

    He padded out of his den in time to see Splashthorn restock the freshkill pile. He padded up to her. "Is the prey running well?" He asked.

    Dawnwhisper bounded into camp, her mouth full of freshkill. She placed it in the pile and picked up a big mouse. She brought it over to Lightningstar. "Wanna share?" she asked sweetly.

    Envypaw and Harmonypaw play-wrestled outside of the apprentice den.


    OOC: Who's gonna be their mentors?

    ooc: splashthorn can be envypaws mentor.


    ic: thiefkit stumbled over to harmonypaw and envypaw. " can i play " he asked. his big blue eyes shining brightly

    OOC: Cool, thanks


    IC: Envypaw turned to Thiefkit, his green eyes narrowed, "No, you're to young," he snarled, then walked away. Harmonypaw sighed and leaned down in front of Thiefkit, "Don't listen to him, he's just a little cranky. I promise I'll play with you later," she whispered, then followed Envypaw.

    OOC: I'll be Harmonypaw's mentor!


    IC: Dawnwhisper padded over to Thiefkit, smiling warmly. "Hey, how about I show you a few warrior moves? Then they'll definitly let you play with them!" she purred.

    OOC: Thanks you guys!


    IC: Harmonypaw sprinted after Envypaw, "Bro-ther!" she whined, catching up to him, "You didn't have to be so hash, he only wanted to play," she mewed. "Oh shut up, he's too young and he'll just get in the way," he growled.

    Lightningstar padded up behind the apprentices. "It's ok if Theifkit wants to play." Lightningstar said in his deep voice. He turned to Dawnwhispers. "And sure I'll share it with you." He smiled lightly.

    Envypaw scowled and turned his head away. Harmonypaw shot Envypaw an, 'I told you so' look

    He turned to Envypaw. "Think of this.....what if you were still a kit and you wanted to play. No what if they said no to you, wouldn't you feel left out?" He asked sympathically

    Envypaw didn't say anything, obviously defeated.

    "Try to be nice okay? And maybe later I'll see if you to can help the medicine cat fing some honey, and you get first lick." He winked at them and strolled away casually.

    theifkit started to play with a leaf. he jumped up and caught it in the air.


    splashthorn padded over to envypaw. " do you want to start training? " she asked.

    Envypaw nodded and walked towards the entrance.


    When Envypaw left, Harmonypaw bounced over to Thiefkit, "Hi Thiefkit!" she purred.

    " yeah! " he said. his eyes were glowing with joy and gratitide


    " lets start with battle training. now get down in a crouch like this " instructed splashthorn

    Harmonypaw stood in front of Thirfkit, a mossball hooked on one of her claws. She tossed it to him, purring softly.


    "I know what to do," Envypaw snapped, crouching down.


    OOC: Envypaw's a grouchy cat, isn't he!

    theifkit pounced on the moss and started purring. " cant catch me! " he said as he started running.


    splashthorn looked at her apprentice and said " if you know what i was going to say and tell you than do it " she snapped back.
