    Whom did she speak to and what did they say? Is there a thread where this was asked? Because it's not allowed period. If we allowed this, all sorts of crazy stuff could be blown through this loophole. Maybe it can be altered to a kitten that was simply born missing one of its eyes? But otherwise normal? This would be fine and could still be referred to as "cyclops" loosely.

    yeah- that's what I was thinking of. I don't know whom she asked or when; she just told me she had gained permission. She didn't tell who by. I'll change it to only one eye.

    Yeah, this way you can still RP a character with a handicap, but it won't be a life threatenng thing or impossible to survive condition. And they can still get called "Cyclops" or whatever because of the one eye.
