Wizard fell asleep to the sweet sound of Heatherfern's purring.
When Wizard awoke Heatherfern was asleep next to him. He decided to go out and hunt; in Leaf-Bare the clans need as much prey as they can get.

Wizard turned to Heatherfern and mewed, "I'm going to go and hunt, 'Kay?"

Shè purred.

"I'll take that as an 'OK'," Wizard mewed mischevously. "I'll get you a squirrel!" And he slipped out of the den.

Shè fell back asleep.

Wizard came back to see Heatherfern curled up in her nest. He dropped the squirrel beside her nest and wriggled up close to her. He nuzzled her fur.

Wizard wondered how deeply asleep Heatherfern really was. He shrugged the thought off and fell asleep snuggled up close to her.

heatherfern jolted up and ran out of the den shocked.

Wizard bolted out of the den after her, thinking, What is up with her?!. He raced across camp after her.

"Where is he!!!!!!"shè screeched.

"Heatherfern!!!" Wizardclaw called "Who are you looking for?!"

heatherfern gasped.

"Heatherfern, what is it?" Wizardclaw asked, skidding to a halt next to her where she stopped.

"i-i dreamed about my brother scar who died.!"she said.

Wizardclaw looked at Heatherfern, concerned. "What was he like?" Wizardclaw asked, somewhat cautiously.
