OOC: *GIGGLE*
Sara turned on her. "DON'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO! I WILL NOT LEAVE WITHOUT ALICE!" she yelled.
OOC: *GIGGLE*
Sara turned on her. "DON'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO! I WILL NOT LEAVE WITHOUT ALICE!" she yelled.
Persephone stood in front of Alice in a protective stance. She stalked over to her husband and back handed him across the face.
Hades stayed in slapped position for a moment, glowering. "Fine. Take Alice and her friends. But this is a first warning. Next time, there will be no mercy."
"Just one teeny, weeny stab?" Ilia whined.
Conner gave her a pointed glare.
Sara fumed with anger, but still giggled. Well, that goes to show that godly marriage isn't perfect eather.
"Thank you dear." Persephone said sweetly, giving him a quick peck on the lips and grabbing Alice's hand. "This way." She murmured to Alice's friends.
Hades touched a finger to his lips.
Ilia looked greatly disappointed, but walked over to follow.
Conner tagged along, close to Alice. He couldn't bear to leave again, couldn't bear to even think of it.
Alice winced as she put pressure on her injured foot, but gave a weak smile. Persephone grimaced and slowed her pace. "I told you everything was going to be okay sweet pea." She murmured, she turned her head and winked at her husband.
Hades glanced away.
Conner walked over, offering for Alice to use him to lesser the pressure on her injury.
Ilia fumed but headed after them.
OOC: I was driving the tractor and I crashed into a metal thingy and I dented the metal thingy a lot...the tractors fine though! But now my knee hurts lol, I gotta go and have a quick shower.
IC: Alice gave him a grateful smile and placed a frail hand on his shoulder as she wobbled a little bit. Persephone chuckled and looked over at Ilia. "It would of done you no good, he cannot die and would have killed you." She murmured.
(lawl!!! Kaay, hope your knee feels better soon~)
Ilia sighed. The last of the flames disappeared. "I really can't argue with that. Or you," she admitted.
Conner smiled back softly. He leaned in slightly and muttered, "I'm glad to see you again."
Persephone gave a light laugh, her eyes twinkling as she watched her daughter and Conner. "I'm glad to see you too." Alice whispered, a soft smile touching her lips.
Conner realized he was watching her lips as she spoke. He blushed and looked away.
Ilia smiled, seeing the two together.
Alice put her head on his shoulder, a soft sigh escaping her lips. Her mother, Persephone smiled as she watched the two together but quickly looked away to give them a little privacy.
Conner smiled, feeling the warmth of Alice's neck against his shoulder. He could see - no, more like sense - light ahead. Maybe it was an Apollo-kid thing. "Thank the gods," he muttered.
"And goddesses," Ilia added quickly.
Persephone smiled at Ilia. "Hello Charon." She greeted. "My queen." He greeted gruffly his voice hollow and dark, but filled with respect. His gaze brightened a little when he spotted Alice but quickly darkened as he realized she was with Conner. "You do know that your daughter is with that?" He growled to Persephone, glaring at Conner's arm that was wrapped firmly around Alice's waist. "No need to worry Charon." Persephone murmured, she gave Alice a quick hug. "Off you go." Alice gave her mother a bright smile and hugged her back, still keeping herself attached to Conner. "Bye." She whispered.
Conner didn't say anything but gave Charon a respectful, slight bow of the head.
Ilia was quiet.
Sara followed. She smiled at Charon.
Devon frowned at Sara's smile.
Charon gave Sara a dark look and moved aside to let her on. Still glaring at Conner he went over to Alice's other side and gave her a brilliant smile as he helped her on. Alice stifled a laugh. Suck up. She mouthed. Charon shrugged, grinning like a fool. "Would you like to accompany them my queen?" He asked. Persephone shook her head smiling slightly. "No thank you Charon, I have to see to my husband bye dearies!" She called, waving she turned her back and began to walk back to the gloomy place she had escorted them out of. Alice gave her mother a smile before once again leaning into Conner.
Conner closed his eyes for a split second. His heart was almost bursting with happiness and joy and comfort. It sure was great to have Alice back in his arms.
Ilia smiled and waved back to Persephone before facing forward again, looking thoughtfully dark.
Charon made sure everyone was on before he pushed the boat off. Every once in awhile he would glare at Conner, his fiery glare burning holes into him. Alice sighed and snuggled into Conner as she began to shiver slightly.
