i dont know how to add someone to my clanmates

Go to their camp --> Scroll down [under "My Characters"] --> You'll see two buttons, PM and Add to clanmate --> Click on Add to clanmate list --> Wait for them to accept or decline --> BOOM! You've done!
And the Ninja Help Den Little Helper has come to the rescue.

Not always, Frog. Sometimes people decline. People can be a little picky. If you haven't rped or something with them before, they might not accept.
Of course, I accept everybody ^.^
