    Owl kit looks around camp, everyone wasn't in the mood apparently. she lowered her head and walked back to the nursery, dragging her tail.

    She purred again. "I think Jaylight'll have to take Saplingfire to the moonstone now." Her voice cracked as she thought about her mate, and her kits.



    Photokit stood, leaped onto the floor and trotted towards Cottonkit, curling up next to her and their father whilst whimpering softly. She finally noticed Lightpaw and mewed, "Who are you?"

    "He might," she said, "is there anything you want me to tell Saplingfire?"

    Her body began to shake. "Only that I love him and the kits, and that he'll make a great leader. He doesn't need to worry about me, I'm fine."

    "It's time for me to go now," Icesong murmered, touching noses with Lovestar then waking up a moment later.
    Icesong got to her feet and made her way to Saplingfire, "I need to tell you- Lovestar is in Starclan watching over us all, and she said she loved you," she muttered quietly.
    Her heart raced for a moment, and she new her time was near.

    Lovestar crouched beside the dying medicine cat, and pushed her starry nose against her. "See you soon," Was all she mewed, before straightening up and turning away.

    Elric was somewhat oblivious to the Clan's sadness, since he had not known the now deceased leader for only but a few sunrises. He was feeling the negativity of the Clan members getting to him, but did he really want to leave the sanctuary of the Clan? Possibly make himself open to the rogues that killed Eon?
    The golden tabby tomcat's claws sunk into the bleached soil as he pondered the thought.

    Jaylight heard a thump and raced out, he looked around and saw his mentor. The chocolate tom bounded over and couldnt stop the tears from escaping his eyes. "Im so sorry Icesong" he murmured.

    Saplingfire was now even more upset. They had lost their leader and medicine cat... This was because of StarClan. the only cats in StarClan he could trust were Lovestar and Icesong. He mumbled, to Lovestar and Icesong, who would now be in StarClan, "I'm sorry."


    Lightpaw meowed quietly, "I'm your sister."


    OOC: Saplingfire will become SaplingNIGHT.
