    Claw put together a nest of moss, and fell asleep. Bone did the same, but didn't fall asleep.





    "Nova, you resemble Sasha a little bit."

    "you knew Sasha?" she asked.

    "Oh," she said. "I knew her daughter."

    She sighed. "She was my mother."

    "What's wrong?" she asked.

    He looked at her, his brown fur was bristling. "Who was your father?" he asked, and curled up in ball, showing his darker stripes.

    "oh, i know what you're thinking." she said. "Sasha wasn't my mother, her daughter was. Technically, Tigerstar is my grandfather, not my father." she sighed. "I never knew my father."

    "My grandfather was Tigerclaw, but not with Sasha. It was with Goldenflower or whomever. My mother was Morningwater"

    She thought for a minute. "so how did you become a skull?. Your mother must have been a clan cat with that name."

    "Oh." she said. "My mother was exiled, and i was born a loner. My sister Scoria, whom i heard went with our dad, joined the Tribe. No one cared what happened to me though."

    She smiled. "Poor little mite, i shouldn't have left her, or you."

    "that was before i knew your character, you always seemed different somehow."

    "I get that a lot" he said. He smiled at Claw. He got up and walked to her, and licked her. Claw purred in her sleep, and Bone picked her up and put her down in the nest with Nova.

    Nova cuddled next to Claw and put her paw around her. Claw curled up against her pelt. "I missed you little one."
