    she stared at him a moment, he seemed to be telling the truth. "Well, imagine your kit and family being tortured by cats you don't even know, and you can do nothing about it. That is how I feel when i hear that a clan called the skulls took over the land of my family."

    "Yo, I wasn't apart of the kidnapping or torturing" he growled.



    "After my mate ran away, I realized it was wrong. You realize how many times I've tried to escape this place? probably 50 times including this morning!" he spat



    Claw nodded "I was cwoutin"

    "then why are you so eager to fight for the clan you hate?" she asked.

    "eager? WHO SAID i was eager?" he growled "I'm forced to! If i just walk up to cats and go 'hello' I will be torn apart"

    "Then during a big fight, why not just sneak out?" she suggested. "Everyone will be distracted."

    "you could always disguise your scent," she mewed. "Run through a river, then travel by tree."

    She sighed. "I can't either, but you can walk through shallow water just to disguise your scent, your goal is to leave no scent trail, you don't have to swim."

    "Did she drown?" Asked Nova

    "I'm so sorry..." she murmured.

    "She left before I could explain.. why I was a skull" he said, kicking his paw against the soft ground.





    OOc: Wouldn't it be drama if he found out Nova was his lost mate?

    OOC- thats a really good idea.


    IC- Nova sighed. "I met a skull once, he seemed so evil. After i learned that skulls harmed kits, i could no longer look at his face...so i left him."

    "Not all of us! Some of us avoid doing that.. like me. Thats what I tried to explain to my mate. I was forced to be a skull by my parents, and the fear of being killed.... If my parents hadn't made some gaurds watch me all the time, I'd be out of here already... looking for her"

    Nova was perplexed. "I wish i had known that when i learned about the skulls. I never thought that my old mate was evil, it didn't make much sense that he would kill kits." she sighed. "you remind me a lot of him, in fact, you look a lot alike."

    "i don't remember very well, i think it was Bone." she sighed. "What was your mates name?"
