    Tawnyrose raced over and softly nudged her clanmate hoping to get a response,"Psypaw! Come on. Wake up. I shouldn't of forced her. I made a mistake. I'm an idiot." She began to panic, she didn't know what to do, "We need to get them to a healer. I am so stupid. Maybe we can carry them back to UniClan. Dewdust knows what to do. Gosh I'm so useless."

    Melody only had a moment to take satisfaction in Azul's fear before she felt some unknown force take control of her body and slowly lift her. She tried to stop herself, tried to regain control over her body, but it was no use and she was soon in the middle of the room. The petite black she-cat studied each cat that was present, her pale grey eyes glittering with cold hatred when she finally spotted Momo. "Well, hello. Fancy meeting all of you here. I am quite surprised I found you all, though I can't take all of the credit. I had an excellent guide,"Melody meowed nonchalantly as she relaxed her appearance and turned to look at Cronos.

    Dewdust looked from Hawk to the rest of the clan, worry etched into her every feature. "No, Hawk, I don't want you, or anyone else, leaving just yet. Don't you dare give me that look, Desire! I'm worried about the others as well and I want them found, but look at how few cats we have. If the shadows attacked we wouldn't stand a chance if even more of you left,"the medicine cat said, her tone sorrowful and wary as she watched Desire struggle to control his anger and stalk off to the other side of the clearing. "I'm sorry, but we have to stick together now more than ever. Hawk? Gemflower? You understand, right?" Being in charge was certainly taking it's toll on the heavily pregnant she-cat, and she was starting to worry that all of this stress would cause her to kit early. She really didn't need that to happen right at that moment.

    Desire paced back and forth in the clearing far from the others. Both Melody and Twanyrose were gone and he couldn't look for either of them. What use was he if he couldn't even protect the ones cared and loved for?

    ( It's fine dude. Sorry that I've been inactive guys, I'm traveling and everytime I get I only have a short time so I'm focusing on my sub-accounts but 3 more days till I get back home so I'll be more active

    btw Scarfoot was sadly killed off :'( and right now I guess they're having a clan meeting in the med cat den and another btw the med cat, Dewdust, is in charge while Emeraldstar is gone )


    Tawnyrose said nothing as she lifted Psypaw up onto her shoulders. It wasn't exactly easy. The she-cat looked half-starved thanks to her depression state. "How are we going to get out?", the warrior asked wanting to get them to the camp as soon as possible.


    "Well I'm glad you had a safe trip although I guarantee you won't have a safe one back.", Cronos answered with a glare, "I'm curious. What harm did you think you could do to me?"


    "Of course we understand.", Gemflower said giving Hawk a look. She knew her brother disagreed with Dewdust but she was right. It was better that they don't risk harm to the clan.


    "Then what do you suggest we do?.", Hawk sighed giving a nod to his sister.

    "We have to jump on the stones. Being that they aren't too high up, or far away from each other, we'll be able to get out." He left the cavern and went to the medicine cave. He dropped her in one of many moss piles, then went back to Tawnyrose, "you look very weak; if you need, I can take her up and come back for you."

    Dewdust sighed a little in relief, before giving them a quick, knowing smile. "Actually, I have a plan. I don't know if we could pull it off, but maybe, just maybe we could do to the shadow cats what they did to Angelpaw,"the medicine cat explained quietly, before looking down at Rainbowpaw. "You shall what they used to change Angelpaw, right? You were the first one to notice something strange, and you warned everyone before it even happened."

    Melody widened her pale grey eyes in mock shock at Cronos' accusation. "Harm you? Of course not! I just wanted to give you a quick scare so I could escape........That is, unless you fear death like your pet shadow cat over there,"she explained with a sympathetic smile towards Azul's dieing form, though anyone could see the malice in her eyes as she gaze upon his form. "But really, an evil being fearing his own death? How unoriginal,"she scoffed, looking completely at ease being practically powerless at the hand-or shall I say paws-of her enemies. And she kind of was. She had never really worried about her own health, just her brother's. Shoving all thoughts of her brother out of her head, her gaze returned to Cronos. "Tell me, what do you fear?"

    IC: FoxFace turned back around to head in the direction of the voices. They weren't in the Medicine Den.... Aha! There they were! She padded up to the group and said, "Hello! What are you guys talking about?"

She carefully transferred Psypaw to the ground. She was to weak she couldn't even help her clanmate. She couldn't help but feel her usual depression come over her.


    "Um, well. Yes. It was some kind of spore and it snagged onto her fur. The blackness of the spore seemed to suck itself into her and it's color turned pale. I can get the spore right now if you want? It looks harmless.", Rainbowpaw explained going back in her mind to remember what had happened.


    "I am no pet.", was all Azul could snarl. He gave Melody a glare," May I do the honors of killing this pest."


    "No, no Azul. Don't let this petty she-cat try to scare you.", Cronos said rather calmly to Azul. Ah Azul. Cronos had had found out what Melody had done and was actually fine with it. Once he took over the Shadow Empire's throne he wouldn't need that bloody Shadow anymore. "Now dear what were you sayin-oh that's right what do I fear? Oh well let me tell you... On second thought I'm sure you can guess because it's a very easy answer. Surely you've met an all-powerful being before so you must know.", Cronos replied to Melody with a slight playful voice his eyes no longer narrowed but filled with cheerful sarcasm.


    "Well Melody, Mono, and Tawnyrose are gone and we ca-", Hawk started but was cut off by his sister. "Deadest has a plan to defeat the Shadows.", Gemflower told Foxface sensing her brother's anxiety to go get their lost clanmates,

    Dewdust cast Hawk a quick, wary glance before giving Rainbowpaw a smile and nod. "Yes, please. That would be very helpful,"she said before turning her attention to Gemflower, Hawk, and Foxface. "The shadow cats used something to turn Angelpaw into one of them, but luckily we had Desire to help bring her back. Though he is currently sulking,"she flicked her tail across the clearing before going on. "I was hoping that if we could infuse Angelpaw's power of light with what ever they used to do this to us and use it against them. We could turn them into regular cats."

    Melody gave Azul a sweet little smile before bothering to acknowledge the ex-guardian's question. "An all powerful being, eh? Well let's see...."the petite black she-cat drawled out as she tilted her head to the side thoughtfully, small shell-like ears perked forward as she considered the options. "Well, you could fear losing everything you've worked for, or rather, others have work for for you. But you seem much to resourceful for that fear. I'm sure that if this plan failed you'd have another waiting to be fulfilled. Hmm.....You could also fear betrayal of someone you grew fond of. But no. If you found yourself starting to like someone you would cut them down were they stood, right? Can't have any of those pesky feelings getting in your way. I'm almost certain you don't free death, but how about mortality? Being subjected to mortal disease and other weaknesses. Growing old and frail. Your memory eventually fading like a half forgotten melody.......That last one usually is the fear of those like you, but it's not your fear. There's no way you would allow yourself to be so ordinary,"she finished with a cheeky smile, being just as sarcastically cheerful.

    IC: FoxFace gasped! "No! They couldn't have! How dare they! Well I'll," Turns into fox using powers, "Crush them to tiny bit and then chew those bits and then spit them out and then make them explode and then I will toss them into the ocean to be eaten by sharks!"

    Faceless looked down, upset by the sadness coming from her, "r-right... okay." He picked the apprentice up by her scruff and started towards the exit. He stopped to listen for voices and smiled when he heard none. He got ready to jump to the first stone; meanwhile, Gravitykit was getting up, grumbling over the stupid mind powers Psypaw had. She looked at Tawnyrose, "um... wh-what's wrong?"

    Rainbowpaw hurried to retrieve the lifeless courpse of the spore. She held it gently in her jaws and brought it over to the medicine cat.


    "Yes maybe we could grow these spores. Plant spores and seeds maybe these are too. Then incorporating Angelpaw's light we could make a hybrid spore. And like you said it could have an effect on the Shadows like it did on Angelpaw.", Gemflower meowed in agreement with Dewdust.


    "I must say you may be the smartest UniClanner I've met. Maybe I won't kill you. No you're far too useful. Now let's see what part of my plan would you be perfect for. Tell me darling which role do you think would suit you best?", Cronos chuckled, he actually looked like he was having a blast. His henchmen didn't make a sound not wanting to ruin the master's "game".

    "Yeah, mostly. Where's Faceless; or, since you know, I might as well call him dad, huh," Gravitykit mewed, rubbing the right side of her head with a paw until something poked her. Oh yeah, I have those... Faceless dropped the apprentice at the entrance, then started back down.

    "Exactly!"Dewdust exclaimed in excitement. They'd finally have something they could use against a shadow cat. "I can make any plant grow or come back to life, no mater how long they've been dead, and you, Gemflower, came do something like that as well right? And, as we grow the plants, Angelpaw can, as Gemflower's pointed out, infuse her light with the spores. If we can take away their darkness, they'll have nothing but claws and teeth to fight us with,"the heavily pregnant medicine cat plotted out with growing hope. They could have a fair chance now.

    Melody couldn't help but laugh at that one word, 'useful'. "Me? Useful? Honey, I'll be nothing but a snarky thorn in your side,"she finally said with a happy little smirk, voice growing a little more southern when she called him 'honey'. This was, truthfully, the most fun she's had in a while. To bad it couldn't last. Once he realized that she was of no use to him her life was over. Well, maybe it was. Who knew what Cronos was thinking. "Besides, I think it's your turn to give us your insight. How do you think I'll be useful in your little plan?"she added with a playful purr, enjoying teasing him a little.
