Melody only waited a moment before plunging into the bush after Momo, only to find herself in a dark tunnel that seemed to stretch on forever. Relying on her ears and nose, the followed the golden pelted thunder cat by the scent of her pelt and the soft padding of her paws. Glad that her pelt was black, she made her own footfalls as silent as possible so when she heard Momo's voice, she nearly jumped out of her skin in surpise. Had she been caught? No. When Melody turned the corner she was meet with a dead end. She must have been saying a password or something of the kind. Dang it! Why wasn't she paying more attention!?! Taking in a deep breath, the unicat forced herself to calm down. What was it? What had she said?

The ring dome covers the reel.

No.

I'm singing dumb under a spill.

No, definitely not. What was it............Oh!

"The kingdom under the hill?" With that said, Melody slowly pushed her paw at, then through, the wall. A wicked smile flashed across her maw as she slowly slipped through the wall and prepared for whatever was on the other side, leaving the portal wide open.

Eyes wide, the heavily pregnant medicine cat heaved herself to her paws and scrambled after Hawk. "Are Anglepaw and Desire okay?"

Desire soon stopped at the place Twanyrose's scent lead to, but only Rainbowpaw and Venus. Glancing around with wild, stormy grey eyes he quickly padded over to the two young she-cats. "Are you two okay? Where's Twanyrose?"

Melody had crept up as close as she could get to the edge of the dark hall without stepping out of the shadows, where she knew she would be safely hidden for the time being. As she settled in, a deep smug voice listed off names of other cats, but it wasn't until she heard Azul's name that her ears perked forward a little. She knew that name and could already picture the shadow cat that went with the name. Zoning out of the conversation a little bit, the black she-cat made a mental note of everything she heard. Momo, who was suppose to be friends with a new cat, Torivor, and who was also known as the Unicorn Slayer. Cocoa, who was "taking care of" a "special kit". Poor kit. And Azul, the shadow cat she had seen earlier and had someone known as The Shadow King trapped in a necklace. Hmm......if she got out of this alive then maybe she could find a way to set this so called king free. Sure, it was the right thing to do, but her main reason for wanting to do it was to mess with the shadow cat. Tucking away this information, she focused on her enemies once again.

Desire frowned slightlyy, not liking the idea of going back without Twanyrose, but he knew the she-cat would have his hide if he didn't insure the little ones safety. So, with a soft sigh, the dark red tabby nodded to the apprentice. "Yes, we can go home,"he replied before gently picking Venus up by the scruff and walking back the way he came.

"Yes, of course I'll check on Anglepaw,"Dewdust agreed as she started padding off towards the apprentice den, only to pause at Hawk's follow up statement. "Actually, I saw Momo take off not to long ago. I waved, but I don't think she noticed. And I'm fairly sure that I saw Melody take off after her. Maybe they saw a shadow cat? They can both take care of themselves, but you should probably go fetch them back. We need our warriors right now. All of them." And with that, she turned once more and slipped into the den where Gemflower and Anglepaw were waiting. "I'm here to check on Anglepaw,"she announced with a warm, motherly smile.

(((Hmm, while it would probably fair better for the clan if she got away, having her get caught before she could warn anyone seems like fun. Plus, they would've found her scent in the cave anyway, even though Momo would be the only one to recognize it. Oh! Maybe she could get caught by Cronos as she tries to bring forth his nightmare? Cronos could, I don't know, feel her magic on him and, when he demands to know who's doing it, Torivor could say that she had sensed someone.)))(((P.S. I don't want to come off as rude or anything, but Melody's aura wouldn't be much lighter then anyone else in Cronos' little group. Why, you might be thinking? Well, it has something to do with her past and her dad's power and family bonds, which I will explain in the rp. I mean, what kind of good guy has the power to bring your nightmares to life lol)))

Melody's ears twitched forward slightly in surpise at Cronos' plan. It was obviously well thought out and nicely put together, but it threatened the life of her brother and had to be stopped before set into motion. Time to leave! But first.....Smiling wickedly, the petite black she-cat carefully moved farther into the shadows before reaching out to the ex-guardian's mind in search of his deepest nightmare. She would bring it to light, what ever it may be, then flee while the others were distracted by their leader's horror and fearful outburst.

Looking over Angelpaw closely, Dewdust couldn't find one physical wound on her. The heavily pregnant medicine cat took an extra moment to look over the apprentice once more before giving her a reassuring smile. "Your fine hone, but I'd like you to take some poppy seeds and get some rest. You look just plain exhausted,"she said as she carefully placed two seeds in front of the she-cat.

Melody drew her lips back in a silent snarl as she felt Cronos pull up his mental block. She had almost had his nightmare! It was almost in her grasp and he blocked her, just like that. Oh, he was going to get it. But, sense she obviously couldn't get to him right then, then she would bring forth someone else's before she really got caught. Being much more careful, but much more quick, the small black she-cat searched Azul for his nightmare as she backed up the way she came. Ha! Bringing forth a nightmare's nightmare. Has a certain poetic feel to it didn't it?

Desire's ear perked forward at Hawk's question, worry filling every inch of his being. First Twanyrose, now Melody and Momo? What else would go wrong? "No, I haven't seen either of them. When did they disappear?"the dark red tabby questioned after gently setting Venus on the ground near his fore paws.

"Yes everyone is coming back." The medicine cat had barely gotten out her first answer before the apprentice was asking another question. Tilting her head to the side, the heavily pregnant she-cat considered her answer thoughtfully. "Well, Angelpaw, I don't think anyone else has gone through what you have just now. Your the first, but I'm willing to bet you won't be the last. Of course, now we know what to do if this ever happens again,"Dewdust explained with her warm, motherly smile all the while a plan slowly forming in her head. She needed to talk to Gemflower, Hawk, and Desire.
