Rosewing sat down by the fresh-kill-pile. She grabbed a mouse and sat down, wondering if she would ever find a friend.

[size=3]"I-I'm sorry if I'm bothering you..." Meadowfur mumured, starting to eat her rabbit[/size] -
"Your not bothering me. What's your name? I haven't seen you before." Rosewing replied, taking an interest in the she-cat.

[size=4]"Oh, I'm Meadowfur. Me and my brother Moorstorm became warriors last greenleaf."[/size]

"I'm 14 moons. Did you hear? I heard some Windclan cats were going to attack the Skulls!" Rosewing meowed. "Meadowfur is nice, I'm sure she could be friends with me," She thought, opening her mouth to speak, "Meadowfur, do you have any friends?" Rosewing asked, taking a bite of her mouse.

"Well, if you want to I could be your friend," Rosewing replied, a little shyly.

Rosewing purred. "Thanks, I haven't really had any friends."

Snowflight came up to Meadowfur and Rosewing: "Well, its time that i got some freshkill" she murmured more to herself. She looked at the few pieces that were left. "And its time for someone to make the pile a little bit bigger for the poor old Snowflight to eat something then she likes to" she said. Then she looked at the two she-cats. "Does someone likes to hunt with me?

As nobody said something she mewed: "Very well, if nobody likes to i go alone" She stalked away.

"Wait!" Rosewing said, "I'll come with you." Naturally Rosewing was a kind cat, and wouldn't leave Meadowfur, but Snowflight had sounded rather lonely.

"Really?" asked Snowflight with a glimmer in her eyes. "That would be great!" Then she pointed at Meadowfur. "She can come with us if she wants to" she said

"Okay!" mewed Rosewing, brightening at the thought. "Where should we hunt first?"

"Maybe at Fourtrees" Snowflight said.

Rosewing nodded and glanced at Meadowfur. "See you later, Meadowfur!" Rosewing called, racing out into the moor.

Meadowfur shook her head, racing after them. "I'll come too!"

Rosewing nodded. "Great! More cat's the better right?" Without noticing, she came to four trees.

Not far away from the camp Snowflight sniffed the air. 'Rabbit' she thought. She gave Rosewing and Meadowfur a signal and fall into her hunting crouch. Slowly she went forward, setting one paw before the other. Then she sprinted about the moor and caught sight of the brown body. As she was almost a tail-length away she sprang and ......... lost the rabbit. Quickly it sprang away. She went back to the others. "I'm a bit slowly today" she gasped.
