pebblekit was found in hawkclan territory, half dead with one eye missing from a hawk attack. this thread is how she grows up with the hawkclan camp around her from kit to warrior, this tiny cat must discover the truth of her origins.

Pebblekit- tiny tortishell shekit with only one remaing voilet eye. Adopted Mother- rabbitcloud.

Pebblekit lay in the nursery with her mother sleeping.

  • OOC: time skip to me already havin my kits

IC: Rabbitcloud sat in the clearing, a thrush, a mouse, and a magpie by her paws. "Moonkit, Stonekit, Pebblekit, Berrykit! Come eat!"

  • Sunkit, Stonekit, and Berrykit padded over to Pebblekit. "Hi, Pebblekkit," they chorused. "Wanna play with us?"

  • Ashkit watched from his perch on the stump in front of the apprentice's den. It was his favorite spot, and he hogged it, and claimed it as his own. His amber eyes watched the other kits playing. He licked a sooty grey and black paw, tail flicking. He watched them.

Stripeheart limped across the camp, her bad leg beginning to heal up, but still a bit funny. She limped up to Speckledpath, a tortoiseshell queen.
"Hello, Speckledpath." She meowed amiably. Speckledpath turned her amber gaze to her old friend and purred.
"Greetings, Stripeheart. Been able to get out of camp much?" She asked, licking a white paw and drawing it over her ear. Stripeheart sighed heavily.
"Not really. That wretched cat Cloverleaf gives me the angry eye whenever I so much as set my whiskers over the line from camp into the tunnel." Stripeheart threw a look of loathing towards the medicine cat den. Speckledpath simply watched the kits romping. Stripeheart followed her gaze, and noticed Ashkit in front of the apprentice's den.
    "He's yours?" Mewed Stripeheart.
"Yes." Meowed Speckledpath. "Poor dear. He's a bit shy - he's made some friends, Gingerfur's kits. I hope he'll make a good apprentice.." She smiled at her son.
"Poor little tyke. He's pretty tough, though. He's not even scared of Halfclaw." Her green eyes twinkled with amusement as she referred to Speckledpath's grumpy old mentor. "Even I'm afraid of her when she's in a mood."

  • Stripeheart looked down at Pebblekit. She smiled. "Hello, little kit." Her striped tail wrapped around her white paws. Speckledpath smiled too from beside her.

  • Stripeheart smiled at Pebblekit. She didn't care that the little cat's eye was missing. Halfclaw's gruesome looking paw was as familiar to her as anything, and this wound didn't disturb her in the least.
"What's your name?" She asked kindly.

  • Stripeheart purred. "I'm Stripeheart." She mewed. She nodded her head to Ashkit. "I think he needs a playmate. How about you go say hi?" She hoped Ashkit wouldn't be scared of the kit's wound, and react poorly. But she had confidence in him.

  • He jumped as he saw her. He noticed she only had one eye, and stared, awed. She must be a really tough warrior. Suddenly, he did not mind her being on his stump so much.
"Um, sure." He meowed, taken aback.
