Overview
The Ancient Order of Asuryan are the hieratic cat guardians of the Shrine of Asuryan, the great temple on the land of Dreams. Inside the shrine it is said there lies the Chamber of Days, and that the histories of Phoenix Kings past, present and future, are written on the ancient walls of the shrine in words of fire upon stone. Any who look upon that wall will know both the future and the past, and will forever be cursed with knowledge of their own death.
The Phoenix Guards do not utter a word, for it is forbidden for anyone who has seen the secrets of time to speak of them, and all who do so take a l vow of silence from which they can never be released. Viewed by many as a curse, this magical covenant with Asuryan offers them a measure of protection from their foes, and fills them with a sense of purpose bordering on the divine.
When their Lord orders them to war, the Phoenix Guard are grim and resolute, While their stony quiet is unnerving to foes, the aura of fear that surrounds them is far more horrifying. Their eyes blaze with a fiery intensity borne of unshakeable faith in the Creator god of the cats, and the air around a regiment of Phoenix Guard literally throbs with the raw power of Asuryan. Any who would stand in their way are assailed by an overwhelming sense of dread. On the battlefield Phoenix Guard are always found where the fighting is at the most fierce for they know their destiny – whether they shall live, or the exact moment and manner of their death – and so battle holds no fear for them.
History
No one can when the first cat came to the temple of Asuryan, or who made the Chamber of Days. Few can read the carvings that are all over the temple walls. But one thing is certain, all can see their doom and must take a vow of silence that can never be broken.
But what is known is that the Ancient Order of Asuryan was called by another name. The Order of the Phoenix. Which was changed shortly before the "Great Horde" that swept towards the temple and the surrounding tribes and cats.
Not much is known during the Great Horde or when it ended. But no one can find the bodies of those that had died. Some say that Asuryan burned them all with his holy flame. Some say that they were all dumped into the river that is near the temple. Of crouse the Order dosn't talk about what happened in those dark days.
Today the Order is making their way towards the land of the Clan and Anti-Clans. For they have known that they must be here, but they don't know what the outcome is. One thing is for sure though. The Order will not be leaving intill every Anti-clanner is dead or intill every last Phoenix Warrior/Guard/King and Lord are dead as well.
Asuryan
Asuryan is the greatest and oldest of all the gods in the Orders pantheon and according to the cats who live in the temple. He has been shaping their destiny according to his plan since the dawn of time. When a quarrel breaks out or there is a disagreement between the gods in heaven, his is the final say and the other gods submit to his judgement. From his diamond throne Asuryan observes the world, draped in a colar of lustrous white feathers. Asuryan can take the form of ra Great Eagle when he chooses, and he is sometimes known as the Phoenix King to many in the Order, despite the ruler of the temple sharing the same name.
He gives all his followers the vision of their death. Showing them so that they know when the hour of their doom is and to make peace within themselves. Because of this the Ancient Order of Asuryan are utterly fearless in battle. They never speak, or yowl or shout in the middle of the battle, no matter how grave the wound is. Because of this it has spread fear to those who have battled them.
Those who have the blessing of Asuryan are said to be more than cats. Entering the Chamber of Prophecies for 3 days before comming out again as a new cat. No one besides the Phoenix King and Asuryans blessed know what happens in this Chamber.
Chambers/Land/Temple

There are three Main Chambers- Chamber of Days/ Secrets/ Wisdom/Porphecy. Each is run by a Grand Priest along with other priest.
There are many other chambers where cats eat,sleep,train.
The Temple and the other minor ones are high up in the mountains that care called. " Eyes of the God." It is a beautiful place, with lust grass and tall trees. With a gentle breeze that sweeps over the mountains. Below the mountain is a valley with green grass and trees here and there as well as the only river within miles.
Rituals
Phoenix King Ritual- When the Phoenix King dies, his body goes to the garden that is behind the Chamber of Days. Then the Phoenix Lord will go into the Chamber of Prophcies for 3 days.
Ritual of Silence- In the comming of full age. Every cat must take the oath of silence. This oath is only used when in battle. There for they may speak freely while inside the temple or with allies. Only the Phoenix Guard may not speak to anyone besides themselves and the King.

About each rank
Phoenix King- The ruler of the Temple and of the Order. He sees over almost everything that happens within the Order. He is usually out on the front lines when it is time for battle. *Always a tom*
Phoenix Lord- The second in command. He/She is a great leader that helps with almost everything.
The Keepers- Each keeper is tasked with training kits and other cats that are found worthy. Although the Keeper can't be everywhere at once he has help from the Grand Priest.
Farseer- The Farseer, is a cat who looks into the future by reading omens and the stars.
Grand Priest- Healers, Holy cats of the order. They help with the rituals of the order and make sure all the warriors are ready for battle etc.
Priest- Healers in training, helps gather herbs and heals the warriors.
Phoenix Guard- Elite Guards that protect the Phoenix King and the Grand Priest while in battle. They are the most highly trained and loyal warriors of the Order. They always remain silent and most never speak to a word to any besides each other and the King.
Phoenix Warrior- Warriors who train dailey. They are also silent, but only in battle. But in order to do this they train their minds and body for any injury that they may get.
Trainie- Cats who are now five moons old begin their training right away.
Queens- She-cats that are heavy with kits
Elders- Cats who are to old to fight.
Rules
1. Respect your highers.
2. Respect the Phoenix King.
3. Do not leave temple grounds without more than one other cat.
4. Never break your oath of silence.
5. Never betray the Order.
6. Never show mercy to the enemy.
7. Loners that are found on the grounds must be brought to the Phoenix King.
*If you are not active in two weeks your cat will be kicked out of the Order. You will get three warnings*
