Well there was a battle and now where going to train for a battle Alex is training all of you guys and we are about to start

Justin rooted his feet to the floor.

Alex walked to a riverbank and grabbed some sticks

Justin waited patiently, forcing his mind to clear. He did better with instinct than anything else. for he was raised to fight, and he hadnt forgotten anything.

Alex tossed him a stick and jumped onto a rock in the middle of the stream " try to knock me off" but try not to fall off" she said

Justin nodded, and caught the stick. He thought carefully, then tried to distract her with easy moves.

Flare layed down as a fox

Alex had quick reflexes and quickly countered " going easy?"

Justin shrugged, then gave her a hard blow that was sure to knock her off balance.

She just did a front Flip before she fell and aimed to make him fall by knocking his feet from under him

Justin dodged by doing a twist of his feet as he jumped, a move he had learned in skateboarding. He laughed. "I win." he said, reaching out his hand to help her up.
