Her ears flattened to her head and she hung her head low in embarrassment, "Sorry." Robinpaw scrambled out of the den and padded over to a large grey tabby tom. "Looks like I get left out.." She huffed in frustration.
Greyshadow watched the young apprentice walk out of the leader's den and towards him. He flicked his ear before cuffing Robinpaw on the ear, fairly hard, "Mouse-brain!" He purred this sternly yet affectionately.
-
Lilypaw could faintly make out the words of the cats in the leader den when Robinpaw busted in. The apprentice smiled amused at the other apprentice's nosiness. Lilypaw padded over to Robinpaw and sat down, looking at her as well as Greyshadow. "That was pretty mouse-brained, but I admire your courage." Lilypaw could never do something like that... She was normally pretty laid back and did her own thing.
-
Robinpaw ducked her head when she was hit, "Ow!" She shook her head and watched Lilypaw approach. She offered her denmate a grin, "Thanks, Lilypaw. I didn't expect them to get upset, I was just curious! I figure if you want to learn something, go look for it, you know?"
Greyshadow sighed deeply at the young apprentice. She had the potential of being a great warrior, she just had to learn to listen and be more mellow. He watched Lilypaw with respect. At least she had some sense.
-
Larkcall relaxed on her rock and giggled at the young cat. "That's alright. I don't blame you for being curious. And honestly, if its important, they should share it with the rest of the clan. But rules are rules." she said with a sigh.
-
Lilypaw sat down and looked at the warrior and apprentice somewhat curiously for some reason. After a moment, the curiosity vanished and was replaced with her usual default look. Lilypaw nodded at the words of wisdom from Larkcall. "Well, I heard that three of the cats in this Clan are in the prophecy... But, honestly, it could be anyone."
-
Rainstripe sighed when Robinpaw left the den then turned back to the leader and apprentice.
"So what should we do about this? Tell the clan or keep it to ourselfs? It seems the prophacy is already getting out..." -
Larkcall nodded to lilypaw. "But I suppose there is still a chance they will tell us." she said, overhearing Rainstripe.
-
Robinpaw puffed out her chest at Larkcall's remark. She purred in amusement with the situation. "Maybe one of us are a part of the prophecy." She twitched her whiskers at the thought.
Greyshadow tilted his head at Lilypaw. Why did he give him that look? Was there something on his face?
-
Larkcall smiled widely at the thought. "Maybe so!" she purred.
-
...Was there something on his face?(( I lawled when I read that xD ))
Lilypaw looked at Robinpaw and Larkcall. "I hope I'm in the prophecy... Unless it is something bad... Then I'll pass." She gave Greyshadow a quick and curious glance again before looking to Larkcall.
-
"I'd be in the prophecy either way, unless it means I'll turn evil or somehting like that. New experiences are always welcome!" she purred happily.
-
Lilypaw giggled softly to Larkcall's reply. She thought the she-cat was crazy, but she stayed quiet only shaking her head in amusemnt.
-
Greyshadow rumbled in a deep voice, "I could do with or without being apart of the prophecy. Though experience leads us, I don't want to have to risk the safety of my clan. Unless, of course, the cats of the prophecy are meant to protect us." He looked at Lilypaw once more. He tilted his head.
Robinpaw thought about that before shooting a look at Greyshadow, "I agree with Larkcall, being a part of the prophecy would be fantastic either way!"
-
Lilypaw noticed Greyshadow's expression from the corner of her eye. She then avoided his gaze all in all. "I suppose. I just hope no one gets hurt in this prophecy." She looked at Larkcall to Robinpaw then back to Larkcall.
-
Larkcall stifled a laugh. By reading her expression, she could tell Lilypaw though her crazy! She smiles, "Well of course not!"
-
"Wait, the cat that had told me the prophecy said four would go on the quest. She said the youngest four in our clan that can be trained. What if its Lilypaw, Robinpaw, Smokepaw, and......." Gingerpaw trailed off.
-
(( Forgot about Smokepaw
))Smokepaw walked to Robinpaw, Lilypaw, Larkcall, and Greyshadow. "What's with all this talk of a prophecy?"
-
Eve rushed into the room." Lightstar is coming to tell us who is going on the quest!" Eve caught her breath and sat down.
-
Smokepaw looked at Eve. "A quest?"
Lilypaw looked excited and nervous at the same time. "I wonder who it could be!"
